    I purchased a 2014 Nissan Versa from Sheehy Ford this winter. I couldn't be happier with my car. The staff was extremely helpful and made it their priority to serve my needs. Thank you Laquisha for being a fantastic salesperson and truly making it easy. Thank you Antony for making the financing easy! I would definitely recommend this dealer to family and friends.

    After spending months looking to find an automobile that would meet all of my needs, I found what I thought would be the ideal vehicle at Sheehy. Upon sending an inquiry to the dealership Ms. Turner immediately contacted me. Upon learning that the vehicle that I had initially been interested in was sold, Ms. Turner found another vehicle that surpassed my requirements. Ms.Turner was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. It was a true pleasure working with her.

    After going to all of the Ford dealers around the Woodbridge/Stafford area for a truck, I stopped into Sheehy Ford in Springfield. This is where I met Luis Escobar, a superb sales man. A few minutes in the dealer and I was shown the truck I was there to buy. This is one knowledgeable sales sperson. He knew everything about the truck I was looking at. I had gone to others where I knew more of the truck then the sales man, but not here. Luis Escobar was more than happy to help me in my adventure of truck buying. He went out of his way MULTIPLE times to find me the best truck for me at the price I wanted. When it was time to buy, the price was not right. This did not stop Luis, he fought for the price I wanted with every finance person. After being told "No," and me leaving, he didnt stop there. He then fought for me with the store manager and finace department guys again to see what he can do to get me the truck I wanted at MY price. Again, the dealership said NO. He then went a different route, searching any inventory he could go through to find a truck for me in my price range. After proving fruitless, he didnt give up on me. Talking to his dealerships General Manager, he ONCE AGAIN, ( for the third time) fought for my price for the truck I wanted. BINGO! It worked, He agreed on my price and I am now a proud New 2014 Ford F-150 owner. Luis Escobar went out of his way multiple times to not only sell a truck to me at MY price, but even tried different routes to get me what I wanted after we both were told No. Luis is truly one of a kind sales man who will do everything in his power and then some to not only make you happy but go out of his way to getyou what you want at YOUR price, not the dealers price. Luis was the only sales man out of all the dealers I went to, who went above and beyond to get me the truck I wanted for what I wanted to pay. Listen to me when I tell you, go to Luis Escobar at this dealership, he stops at nothing to make sure all of your car/truck buying needs are met.

    Sheehy Ford Springfield was one of a few stops I made when I started looking for a new truck. If it hadn't been for the salesman, Luis Escobar, I probably would have purchased elsewhere. I found one at another dealership and the service was good but due to Luis’s great customer service I felt compelled to ask him one more time to look through the inventory and see if they had anything comparable before I purchased. Luis along with his manager Misha was able to find one that was comparable so I decided to return and talk once more. It was Luis’s positive attitude throughout the process that impressed me. In an environment where it is so difficult to find good customer service it was refreshing to meet a salesman that was as positive, upbeat and hardworking as Luis. No job is easy and I’m not an easy customer because I want the best deal I can possibly get. Luis never got upset at me and managed to stay positive when working between myself and the managers. If I had a business and I needed a strong salesman I would definitely hire Luis. In fact I would make him a manager and have him teach others how to deal with people. There’s no doubt that he can make a difference in a business. I am satisfied with the deal I got and happy with the truck. If I was going to buy another Ford I would definitely call Luis first and probably buy one from him.

    I went into the Ford dealership to look at different cars. I was greeted by Robert Burton. He was nicely dressed and had a great personality. He did not pressuring me to make a trade/sale. I was looking for a smaller SUV then what I have now and a lesser car loan. But at this time I couldn't find a car that I like and at the right payment level. But when I do find I car that I am interested in I will go back to Sheehy Ford and work with Robert Burton. Thanks for the great experience.

    I have found a great salesperson named Thomas, he is extremely respectful, and he knows his stuff. I will go next time after purchasing a Ford Focus from him, ask for him when you come in

    We are loyal to Ford and this dealership. We have bought two cars from them and recently brought a friend in who was looking for a used car. Alex Assefa worked with us to find the perfect car. Even though the sale was very small, we were treated with the same courtesy, time and level of customer service we have come to know with our other purchases. Thank you, guys! You have a new customer in our friend, and she loves driving Miss Daisy!

    Mary was fantastic! Working with her was so easy. She answered all of my questions and was very friendly and professional. I would reccomend Sheehy to anyone. The staff showed me all of the features on the car, and even helped me set up my SYNC account. They made the buying process very easy and painless.

    Sheehy Ford is a great plae to buy a car. I felt like I was family. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The best place for buying a car or truck. John Polifko, Misha and Alex are the best. The finance team is wonderful too. Thanks Sabrina for helping us.

    We went in looking at a used Subaru, but they were able to finance me for a better deal in a new Escape. They worked very hard for me and it showed. Everything went smooth and was a great experience even let me bring my service dog in training in.

  • Started out nice...

    Tina was great, service was easy to deal with, but then we got to titling... I had to call three times then email a supervisor to even get the titling person to respond to me. Then she let's me know that there are other forms they need (why did no one call?!?). Get those filled out, then the next day she comes up with MORE things that she forgot she needed. We were going to purchase a car from them again this summer, but no way is that going to happen now.

    Recently bought a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire from this place . The car was a very base model car no ABS no power anything. Supposedly was inspected before hand. Got car home and discovered steering column loose , tag light not working , defrost not working and odometer not working. Plus my wife was thinking of trading in her 2006 Solara blue book valued at 14000 dollars and they offered her 10g. Pathetic wish I had never gone to this place. BTW they did fix most of the (cheaper) problems with the car but refused to fix the odometer because it was too expensive. Even though everyone knows they pay INTERNAL pricing on their own repairs would have cost them way less than its gonna cost me.

    I purchased my 2006 Xterra from Sheehy. Granted, they had a high pressure sales staff, which I was prepared for, and I understood that the best weapon I had was my ability to walk away. I also went at the end of the month when they knew they would be willing to bargain more. short version, I got a great deal. However after the deal was made, they tried to backpedal. I stood my ground and wouldn't let them. it was the end of a bad month and they needed the sale. The finance department was pathetic. and they didn't appreciate it when i changed my mind and decided to pay for my car using my own credit unions financing because it was better and they were trying to jerk me around. they also 'lost' my plates and sent them to the Nissan dealership instead of the ford dealership where they were supposed to go. It took me calling several times and going up there to get it straightened out. Be careful and watch out.

    Run for your life.. - First of all the when I arrived at the dealership , the [violative content deleted] where waiting when I exited my vehicle. they sales staff follows you around the lot . They will promise you the world. And it doesnt happen. I gues the ploy it to tire out the customer, so that you just want the sale to be over with , Once in finance they try to sell you everything under the sun. Rust Proofing , extended service contract. Trade in - they told me my car had a miss in it . They serviced it - told me they couldnt find anything wrong with it .

    They wasted my time telling me they could get the car I was looking for. Salesman Jeff Clute : "No problem, come on in" "we'll beat any deal" "$4,000 price guarantee". I have the fax to prove it. They never had the car, and couldn't get it. Just a ploy to get a trusting individual (sucker) who thinks lying has no part in a business transaction. Don't waste your time.

    I just wanted to let everyone know what dishonorable salespeople/ sales managers Sheehy Ford has. If I can help prevent someone from experiencing their tactics, it will help me swallow this bitter pill. I was surfing the Ford website and found the vehicle (Escape Hybrid) my wife wanted. My local dealer could not secure the vehicle in a dealer trade and suggested that I contacted them directly. I did and talked to Eve Vack, the internet manager and Arthur, the sales manager. They told me that the vehicle is available and due in a week or so and quoted MSRP. No problem, gave them my CC number and put a deposit on the vehicle. The following week, I get a call that the vehicle is in. Great, please fax buyers order so I could look over the details, because I am over 4 hours away. They tried to charge freight twice and had a few hundred extra in fees plus a $329.00 DOC fee. I was told come on and we will take care of it when I arrive. No way, let us get it right now with no surprises. Finally got the price right, signed by both parties and felt pretty good. I made a one way reservation with Avis and planned to be there on Friday (could not make the next day as they jerked me around on the price for so long). I was told no problem and they would see me Friday then. I arrived at 8:30 am and introduced myself and was quickly told my vehicle was sold last night. Sorry. Showed them all of our email corrospondences and receipt for the deposit. Still no vehicle. [violative content deleted]! I act nice, and they tried to put me in a 4 wd which I did not want and/or another color. I told them if I wanted another color or 4wd, I would have put my deposit on that vehicle. After wasting 2 hours at the dealership, I was told that they would reimburst my deposit and rental fee. I received a refund on the deposit, but still after 4 weeks, I have not seen my money on my rental. I have asked many more times, but still have not helped. Eve, I thought, was on my side, but it was a front. I tried many times to talk to the GM, but he would not take the time to talk to me. Eve also told me this is not the first time a vehicle was "sold" twice. What kind of management do they have there? This place is a joke and please avoid Sheehy. I have purchased many vehicles thru the internet, but never had anyone sell a vehicle out from under me if I had a deposit on it. If you are wondering, credit was not the issue, as I had the money to pay for the vehicle straight out. They sold it before I arrived and did not contact me before I wasted a day to pick it up. Thanks for listening and sorry for so long..
    • I am glad to know that I am not the only one they played that trick on. I called about a red Subaru Forester. They said they didn't have one, but would by the time I got there. Wrong! They got a white one and tried to pressure me to buy it. I left and got the car I wanted from another subaru dealer.

    I purchased my 2013 Explorer Sport from Victoria. After shopping at 40+ Ford dealers Sheehy was the only dealer that had the vehicle I wanted. It just came off the truck 3 days earlier. Most every other dealer was waiting to get a Sport. The best part was I got the deal I wanted including the price. I did get an online quote which was higher than I wanted. I did have to work to get the price lowered. I would purchase another vehicle from Sheehy.

    Let's face it: car buying is not generally considered a pleasant experience: all the decisions to make, the time spent on paperwork, and so on. But the staff at Sheehy Ford made it a positive experience for me. My salesman Robert is a true "people person" and was very engaging. He was committed to keeping me fully informed and satisfied with my purchase and every step of the process. Don in finance was also very helpful and pleasant. The day I bought my car, I had to make a road trip to see my family. So although car shopping and the purchase process are not inherently speedy, they did their utmost to get me on the road in time for my event, and set me up with a loaner car (as my new one had to be transferred from another location). I had done my research, but I wasn't expecting to actually buy a car that day. Still, I am entirely convinced I made the right decisions, with the assistance of the right dealership -- and I'm thrilled with my new Ford C-Max!

    I recently had the experience of purchasing a new car from your dealership. Every Sheehy Ford "family" member I encoutered was consumer/customer oriented making me feel welcome and "calm". I just want to let you know that these two salesmen Jovan S. and Greg L. in particular were exceptional in helping me make my decision on the sale. Their knowledge of the vehicles performance and physical features, pointing out mileage gain, gas assets and other options. But most of all how their professionalism made me feel as a customer. Anyone would benefit from all these options and be a "satisfied" customer. I thank you.
