Scott told me to bring it right in and they would take care of it. He kept me updated by text and email and by phone when my car was… ready for pick-up. I have C300, relatively new and needed to have an odd noise checked out. Staff is friendly and courteous. All of my questions… were answered and the waiting area was very comfortable as I opted to wait for my car. I would highly recommend when making an appointment to note if a loaner car is needed. I will take advantage of that service next time.April 2016

MB Service inspected the problem and they found a rock in one of the break shields,… removed it and the problem was resolved.10k Maintenance

The phone conversations and email exchanges were helpful without undue… pressure or hype. We were told that it would be "worth our while" to make the trip. It was and we were able to work the deal, complete the paperwork and licensing and be on our way in less than 2 hours. All in all a great experience buying a great car at a good price.Fan belt replacement

One needed replacing and it was a short matter of time before all would need replacing hence....I made repeated visits for testing, leaky stem… valve etc. the technicians performed every test possible and were perplexed. Finall, a new tire! Should have been done in the second visit in my estimation. The guys were doing their job!A Superb Experience

So - I took it upon myself to visit the… dealership which is where I was introduced to Steven Williams. He couldn't have made the car buying process any easier as he was very informative and most importantly, I didn't detect any pressure to make the purchase. The sales staff and managerial staff are excellent communicators and they know how to treat their customers and their potential customers. I have been in and out of the dealership… looking at various models for a few months. The patience and customer respect given by the MB of Midlothian staff is excellent. When we move to USA, we with my husband look at proper service place and we find Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian. I can tell you for sure they are Simply the… best and work same way like Mercedes Customer Service in Germany, there is NO difference. We constantly get free complimentary car service.
