I set an appointment (3 days prior) to get an oil change. Also needed my fluids checked and topped up. My appointment was at 8:00am (I was told the 1st apt of the day). I arrived at 7:50am. By 8:00am I was checked in. I waited about 2 hours before I went to ask what time my car was expected to be done. I figured an oil change would take less than an hour. I was told "looks like they're done, just getting it washed now". At 11:00, an hour later, I walked back down and inquired about my car. I was told, "just getting it detailed now, it's all done though". So, I waited again. I went and paid. ($122.00 for an oil change ONLY seemed high, but...I paid it). Finally, I got my car back at 11:30am. I was still dripping from the carwash. Actually, had some soap residue in the little cracks and crevices. I am not complaining about the wash job, because I rarely wash my car anyway. It was just odd that it was still dripping and had soap on/in it when it had been "washed" an hour and a half ago. All in all, good service. Time was a little unreasonable, and price was a bit high for a car that has almost 200k miles.
