Dominique Williams, whos been a great help in the whole process, is friendly and professional. I would say its an… enjoyable experience that exceeds my expectation in many ways.Wonderful Sales/Purchase Experience
by 8littleducks on 03/25/2017We loved our experience with Derrick our salmon and the entire Lindsay team. Have you even had a fun test drive? Ours was fantastic! We ended up with the perfect Jeep for us, love the options with all the coverages and 10 year build in… maintenance, nice selection of cars, and I would definitely recommend our salesman Derrick. Funny, thoughtful, intelligent and he made our experience one we won't forget because it was the best we've ever had :)Great experience!

by GoodOlJeb on 11/28/2016Worked with Robert Anderson, who was patient and easy-going. Test drove several cars several times and he didn't make it feel like an inconvenience. Drove off the lot paying less than all other advertised prices in area for the same… vehicle. If Robert is a good representation of this dealership, I'd recommend to anyone I know. Will recommend
by satisfied08 on 09/12/2016My car got totaled and I was not planning by a new car. The sales team was very understanding and patient and polite. Gave me a great deal on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Was looking for a great deal the sales team was not pushy. I… visited multiple dealers for many days and went back to Lindsay which gave me the deal that made me decide. Would definitely buy from them again.Bought my first Jeep
by DiamondLamont on 08/13/2016I went in just to look for a car, i had no intention of buying at that time. But something told me to go look. I wasn't disappointed. Terry was very knowledgeable about Jeeps and helped me reach a decision that day. I had never bought a… car before. I'm very happy to say that you all were the first dealer that I bought my car from. I'm so happy with my Wrangler. My father plans to come to you guys to buy his Jeep Unlimited! The customer service was amazing! I was expecting an outrageous payment plan, with little to no maintenance packages, but everything was within my price range and I left within a few hours with a a brand new car. Thank you so much Terry!2016 Jeep Patriot
by dcazzola on 08/05/2016Gina Askew is absolutely amazing! She's easy to work with and will make sure you leave Lindsay happy! The process to purchase my 2016 Jeep Patriot was seamless and enjoyable. Thanks again, Gina! What a let down
by Jeybenc on 07/06/2016It had been 18 years since I bought a car. I dreaded looking for a replacement vehicle. In fact, I went almost 4 months without a car because I really dislike the experience of buying a vehicle. I felt a little better about my experience… when I found out that USAA has an online pricing tool that makes things less complicated. I found a car that I was interested in and it gave me a guaranteed price I can take to Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership. Perfect! No hassle! I spoke to Urey Hohney on the phone and set up a time for me to arrive and see the car. Urey wasn't there and someone else helped (I can't remember the name, maybe a Luis?) and he was very friendly specially when he found out that I'm a Veteran and that I'm using USAA and he said, "Oh, well, you can trust us, it's like you're dealing directly with USAA". I came prepare NOT to deal with any of the things that I hate about dealerships. I knew the car I wanted, I had the price I wanted to pay and it should have been a very quick and painless experience. However, I was wrong. The whole experience took over 3 hours. The Price they sold me the car for was over $2,000 what USAA had priced the car for. They changed my finance company from USAA to another company. They didn't do a walk around on the car. I left there not knowing anything about the car - how to connect bluetooth to the car or anything about the car. Now, I understand that the dealership didn't do anything I didn't agreed to. However, just because they didn't do anything wrong or illegal doesn't mean they did anything good. I told them it has been 18 years since I bought a car and I really dislike the process of buying a car. I know that they did with me as they pleased and now I'm stuck with a car that I really don't like but one that I need. I bought this car at the beginning of April 2016 and I was willing to just move on and add this experience to the many reasons I really dislike buying a car. However, today I got a phone call from Urey Hohney and he asked me how I was liking my car. I reply, "I'm not really liking it." To which he replied with a quick and dismissive, "Ok thank you and have a good day". I had forgotten his name so before he could hang up, I asked for his name. He pretended not to hear me and tried to hang up, I asked his name one more time and he hung up on me. I really dislike the experience of buying a car and this dealership really did a number on me, over $2000 above the price they have agreed to with USAA, telling me that they love working with Veterans and that I should feel safe because they're the same as if I was working with USAA. However, they change my finance company from USAA to another one. They don't bother to even tell me how my car works. I have a tire with a leak, the symbol came on a week after I got the car, but didn't know what the symbol meant. And then you call me 3 months later to "check up on me" but as soon as I say I'm not liking the car you hang up on me? You guys are horrible! I own the fact that I'm an easy target to dealerships hence you guys took advantage of the situation. But this little phone call is too much. Your dealership lives up to why people dislike car sales people.Hi Jeyben- Thank you for taking the time to share your story. It saddens us to learn how deeply we disappointed you. Good experience
by astbids on 05/28/2016They made the whole thing easy. Although I changed my mind on what I was looking for several times, Robert my saleman continued to show me car after car and never applied any pressureDodge Ram 1500 Purchase Experience
by bruce2014 on 03/28/2016When spending a significant amount of money on a purchase it is paramount that the product not only be what you want; but everything leading up to the purchase is just right. This applies to clothes, furniture and in this case: the purchase… of a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500. I dont usually write endorsements for organizations because everyones experience is different. HOWEVER -- this is one time I am going to make an exception! I purchased a truck from Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Manassas, and it was worth the trip from Culpeper VA to make this purchase. From the time I arrive on the lot until the final contract was signed, I was treat in a manner which, I must say, made this an absolutely pleasant experience. I didnt even plan to make the purchase that day. Robert, John, Sarah and Renaldo were outstanding representatives for this organization and the management should be thankful to have these individuals helping customers make important decisions such as a vehicle purchase. Robert got me the truck I wanted with EVERYTHING I wanted on it; John gave me a great deal; Renaldo took care of my trade in; and Sarah rounded off this pleasant experience with a complete explanation of everything associated with the final purchase. Fino even got me a great deal on my Rhino Lining!!! WOW!!! It is one thing to get customer service well almost anyone can do that! But I received Customer Care; and there is a big difference! I will definitely consider this dealership in the future! Am I speaking for everyone? No! But on my wall at work is a quote: People dont care how much you really know until they know that is REALLY care! I want to thank all the individuals mentioned above for a caring experience! As I stated earlier, experiences with dealerships may vary from individual to individual. However, I would definitely recommend this dealership based on my personal experience AND I would rate them as one of the top dealerships I have purchased vehicles. And I bought my first car in 1971! I hope your experience will be just as fulfilling and pleasant as the one I had --- THANK YOU GUYS!!! A Satisfied Customer!!!Dealer is not interested in some business
by wayneet on 03/23/2016I inquired about a problem on my 2005 Town and Country Limited, where one of the electrically driven side doors operates only intermittently. I was told it would cost $149 just to diagnose the problem, and any effort to repair would be… additional cost, with none of the $149 actually applied towards the repair. It is hard for me to believe that a dealer with any experience would not be able to give a customer some idea of what might be wrong with some estimated range of repair cost, when the symptoms are fully described. Asking for $149 just to look at it, indicates to me that they do not want the business or they just don't know how to fix this type of problem. I bought the car from this dealership, when it was Manassas Chrysler, before Lindsay purchased the dealership. All of my service experiences with Manassas Chrysler for almost ten years were excellent. Lindsay left me with the impression that they are not trustworthy as a service provider. I will not return.Worst Experience Ever
by NeverLindsay on 12/14/2015Please do not purchase any vehicles from this dealer. We were given incorrect and false information on more than once occasion, which in the end cost me a few extra thousand dollars in the end. It also cost me buying power when I was… trying to purchase a house for my family. When I finally realized that I was lied to, I was told there was nothing they could do to make this right and all they tried to do was blame another party. You think that when you go in to buy a car, that you'd be given the correct information. Well I will tell you....no warn you....these guys are liars and crooks. Give your hard earned money to a better, more reliable dealer. From the sales person, to the finance officer to the manager on duty that day. "Tony Trapal" we were not told or given the correct information. I will never buy from this dealer again.HORRIBLE, Lying, Misleading, Unscrupulous!
by C_Cardinale on 09/25/2015Back on December 2013, my husband and I visited The Lindsay Dealership in Manassas on a snowy day. After almost 8 growling hours of being there we left with a New Jeep Patriot lease, which at the time seemed like the perfect solution, a… "One payment lease" since we were looking to buy a house in the next few months. The person in the finance dept. assured us time and time again that it would not affect the credit or buying power since there was "no monthly payment" but it was paid up front. Well, needless to say 3 mo's later as the home purchase got on its way it came to light he was wrong. (You'd think they'd know what they are talking about since they deal with credit reports day in and day out.) Not only did it show up in the credit report as a $507 monthly payment, it affected the buying power by $50K due to the increase debt to income ration. Who in the right mind would lease and pay $507/month? You might as well finance, have a lower payment. Well, at the time of the lease we were told we COULD NOT negotiate the MSRP, because we're leasing not purchasing. But, if we choose to buy at the end of the lease term (27 mo's) we can could negotiate the buy out price. Now the financial institution (Chrysler) is saying that's NOT TRUE and that the dealer knows this, and that the MSRP at lease time COULD HAVE BEEN negotiated. My husband basically traded his Mazda 3 which was paid for, for the lease, when we realized that the "monthly" was $507 and it was affecting the house purchase, we were told the only thing we could do was to return in the vehicle and walk away, but we'd loose the money paid up front, nearly $13,600. Needless to say we kept it and figured we'd negotiate the buy out as the dealer stated at the end of the lease. The lease is not up until March but as you can see we're getting screwed. The "residual" value that Chrysler won't negotiate on is almost $15,600. My husband basically paid $13,600 up-front, which would make this Jeep Patriot almost $30K. Believe me it's not a $30K car. Chrysler says there's nothing they can do, as does the dealer but we're getting totally screwed. We just want to be treated fairly, and would buy the car out but not for $15,600 and neither the dealer or Chrysler seems to be willing to negotiate the residual value. Which at this point would be $3000 over the MSRP, which the dealer WOULD NOT ALLOW us to negotiate on at the initiation of the lease stating, the BUY OUT price can be negotiated at the end of the lease. I mean if we walk away at the end of the lease the bank has no use for the car. It'll probably be auctioned for much less than $15K, and then the dealer will sell it for a profit. But they're not wiling to negotiate with us? The Dealer representatives basically broke us down for almost 8 hrs. on a snowy afternoon till we walked out of there with something. When we attempted to leave to get something to eat and talk about it, they took us to lunch only to ensure we would come back. Now they're saying they're sorry the people we originally dealt with no longer work there and there's nothing they can do. Chrysler took my complaint to the "office of the president" but ultimately there's "nothing we can do" is their attitude. Well, I have reached out to Lindsay Automotive Group. If needed, I will report then to the BBB for unethical practices. I know that Lindsay and/or Chrysler have a way to MAKE THINGS RIGHT, if they so choose to, it's just THEY ARE CHOOSING NOT TO, they GOT PAID! A lease should not be $507/month for 27 month, that period should have been longer or the "payment" should have been lower, but after 7 hrs of with these unscrupulous people by the time we realized how much they actually stole from us It was too late. DON'T EVER LEASE OR BUY FROM THEM! They only care about their bottom line and not about creating repeat customer or have positive word of mouth referral. We will not be back to give them our business or hard earned money. RUN!Best experience ever
by RohitS on 07/05/2015From the moment I landed till we signed the deal it was the best experience that I have had with dealers.Jeff Shepard was the most honest and helping sales person I have met. Helped me take the decision and throughout the whole process.2015 JKU - The search ended at Lindsay Manassas
by esokolowski on 05/18/2015I was in search of a particular Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I had my requirements in mind, and a price point i wanted to stay under. I visited a competing Jeep dealer and was treated just as I expected...pushed to buy the upgrade, pushed to… look over at configurations that I knew I did not want. Lndsay Manassas was next on my list of dealers to try. I was hoping for the best, but prepared for the worst. Thankfully, Lindsay was fantastic. John was excellent. Knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking for, helpful, patient, etc. Didn't push me to pick up items I wasn't looking for. I couldn't have asked for a better new car buying experience. I believe I was treated fairly and honestly. Well done, John. Thank you for all your help today. My wife and I truly appreciate it.Best Car Buying Experience Ever
by DCArnett1 on 03/01/2015I don't think anyone *enjoys* the car buying experience. From pushy salesmen to haggling with finance guys, it's just not something people look forward to. However, Jim Rubin and his team at Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram did a FANTASTIC… job of not only locating the perfect car for me, but actually made it an exciting experience. There was no rush, no tacky sales tactics, just an honest effort to get me the car I wanted and needed. I bought a gorgeous 2015 Challenger that Jim located at a dealership somewhere in PA. His team went right to work, securing the vehicle, getting it to the Manassas dealership, and having it ready for me to drive home. When it came to talking money , Mike was great. He was very easy to work with, willing and able to discuss every line item of the contract to my satisfaction, and was even able to work some magic when numbers needed "massaging." I feel that I got a very good price for my car, and felt respected as a woman when it came to negotiating the deal. I picked up the car on Jim's day off, so Theresa was ready for me when I came in. She had the keys in hand, took me for a spin in the new car, then proceeded to explain the car's features. She was personable, fun, and so knowledgeable about the car. Between Jim, Theresa, and Mike, I felt like the only customer in the entire dealership. They were attentive, listened carefully to my wants and needs, and found me the PERFECT car. I couldn't recommend them more. If you're looking for a dealership that genuinely loves pairing people with the right cars, check them out. Ask for Jim or Theresa. These two make an awesome team! Thanks for the kind words! We certainly appreciate your business. I hope you enjoy your Challenger. Thanks Paul Smyth General Manager

Pleasant experience
by r_ellerby on 02/25/2015My salesman was Jeff Shepard. My hub and I were shopping for a car for my bday present. Jeff's son also had a bday that day and he was patient and very nice even though he was missing part of his son's bday dinner. He was very knowledgeable… about the vehicles and I ended up choosing the Chrysler 200C 2015 (and I absolutely LOVE it). Michael Kim was the sales manager and he was very upfront about everything and worked to get us the best deal possible. I loved the overall experience at this dealership.Happy Birthday! I new Chrysler seems like the perfect gift :) Enjoy and thank you for the postive online review. Paul Smyth General Manager
