by Ron on 06/19/2019I have always purchased cars new from factory dealers (not a fan of as is deals or getting a limited warranty)but Imperial had a car I was interested in at a good price. Of course he first thing I did was read the reviews and even then I… remained skeptical but thought I would give them a chance. There was no need to worry. I first met with Fatima on a Sunday. He was polite, professional and upfront. No hard sell or barrage of questions. I came back later in the week to test drive a few cars. I then met Salim. He answered all of my questions and like Fahim, did not give me the hard sell which was appreciated. Upon selecting a car(Tesla) the rest of the transaction was smooth and painless on their end. I had an issue with some incompetence at my bank but he remained patient. A few days later I tried to charge my car and the cord is faulty. One phone call later and they are addressing my problem. Despite no promises of after sale help, they are stepping up and keeping their word to keep their customer happy. What more can I say except that I will definitely recommend them and will not hesitate to purchase from imperial again in the future. by Mercedes on 03/28/2019Imperial sold me a vehicle with electrical and engine problems. I inform my sales person about a noise the vehicle was making and he stated it was the AC unit and they where going to fix it. The owner gave me the run around and did not fix… the issue. The owner told me that he already got paid for the vehicle and he is not worried about nothing else. Stay away from this place. I will hate to see another hard working person get scammed and treated the way I did.Excellent Experience

Moe was very knowledgeable and precise throughout the entire process, we got top dollar for our trade and the… whole buying process was completed within 4 hours, we were exceptionally pleased as we drove our new BMW home!Excellent experience - Puchased a used Tesla Model X

The car was charged and prepared for delivery.… Overall transaction was smooth, haggle-free and efficient.A Pleasure!!!

My wife was in need of a new vehicle and we started shopping locally (leesburg, ashburn, etc.) we were finding nothing but pushy sales people who… had cars they wanted to sell us - not cars we wanted to buy.... I got online and found what thought we wanted at Imperial Highline and gave them a call. Mo took our information and had the vehicle waiting for us when we got there! I turns out this was not the vehicle for us, but after talking to us a little more, Mo found the perfect vehicle for us at another IH lot :-). The whole process was fast, smooth and painless! We were given a fair deal for our trade and were finished in time to go out to dinner. Thank you to Mo and the whole team at Imperial Highline! I actually enjoyed the car buying process -- for once! (I've already recommended you to a couple of friends)AVOID IMPERIAL HIGHLINE AT ALL COSTS!

Their miss-information, lies and deceit was appalling...and felt criminal. Do not make the same mistake of… thinking you can trust or believe anything they say. If you don't see it for yourself, don't believe it!That take care of you

Told them my credit not the best but I had a nice income. My sales rep Salim said no problem he would get it done. The… next day got a Call saying the deal was done .Friday I came and picked up my 2010 S55 4matic with 58,000 miles on it. When I got there my paerwork was ready I saw my documents checked the car out and was out the door on no time. There are no games they get you in it and out the door.i love my car. I would definitely recommend to them.Great Customer Service
by irunfree on 11/07/2018I purchased a truck from their Fredericksburg location and despite my problems (which I will review separate), I have to put in a good word for the sales staff at Imperial Highline, specifically Samuel Elian. To make a long story short (and… not carry-on about my problems with the truck I purchased), I had to come back to Imperial to pick up my vehicle and Samuel, not even my salesman, overheard that I may come after hours and he volunteered to meet me on his own time so I can do this. I was really impressed because there was no benefit to him for offering this and I could tell it was simply out of kindness. In the end he came to meet me hours after he was off work which was a great help to me. I would strongly recommend working with him as I think he is genuinely kind and a wanting to provide great service- that can be very hard to find. I am submitting this review along with the recommendation to use this service, solely for my experience with Samuel, whether I continue to recommend them has much more to do with how they choose to handle the problems with my purchase.Stay away
by Stayaway on 10/30/2018Purchased a vehicle (2013 G550 Mercedes) from this dealership in Sep 2018. The vehicle actually broke down on the way home from the dealership. I had it towed to Mercedes of Richmond where they informed me that whoever had replaced the… oil pump actually put it on upside down as to why the vehicle broke down. Three weeks after my purchase the vehicle broke down again so I had to have the vehicle towed to a another dealership (Mercedes of Florence) where they informed me that the transmission needed to be replaced, at a cost of $10,700.00. Thank God I purchased a warranty from the credit union that financed the vehicle. When I purchased the vehicle the salesman (Mr Fahim Zamani) only gave me one key to the vehicle and stated that we would be receiving the spare key when we receive our permanent tags in the mail. I received my tags but no spare key. After several unanswered attempts to contact Mr Zamani inquiring about the spare key, I finally have put the ordeal to rest by speaking to someone named Peter who stated he was the sales manager who finally informed me that they had no spare key and I would have to have a Mercedes dealership cut a spare key. ($300 to $560.00) This dealership is not reputable and I most definitely would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The only reason I did is because the financial organization (USAA) had them on their car buying service, which I am sure they will be removing them soon.All way from Philadelphia
