Purchased a vehicle (2013 G550 Mercedes) from this dealership in Sep 2018. The vehicle actually broke down on the way home from the dealership. I had it towed to Mercedes of Richmond where they informed me that whoever had replaced the oil pump actually put it on upside down as to why the vehicle broke down. Three weeks after my purchase the vehicle broke down again so I had to have the vehicle towed to a another dealership (Mercedes of Florence) where they informed me that the transmission needed to be replaced, at a cost of $10,700.00. Thank God I purchased a warranty from the credit union that financed the vehicle. When I purchased the vehicle the salesman (Mr Fahim Zamani) only gave me one key to the vehicle and stated that we would be receiving the spare key when we receive our permanent tags in the mail. I received my tags but no spare key. After several unanswered attempts to contact Mr Zamani inquiring about the spare key, I finally have put the ordeal to rest by speaking to someone named Peter who stated he was the sales manager who finally informed me that they had no spare key and I would have to have a Mercedes dealership cut a spare key. ($300 to $560.00) This dealership is not reputable and I most definitely would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The only reason I did is because the financial organization (USAA) had them on their car buying service, which I am sure they will be removing them soon.
