Imperial Highline

I have always purchased cars new from factory dealers (not a fan of as is deals or getting a limited warranty)but Imperial had a car I was interested in at a good price. Of course he first thing I did was read the reviews and even then I remained skeptical but thought I would give them a chance. There was no need to worry. I first met with Fatima on a Sunday. He was polite, professional and upfront. No hard sell or barrage of questions. I came back later in the week to test drive a few cars. I then met Salim. He answered all of my questions and like Fahim, did not give me the hard sell which was appreciated. Upon selecting a car(Tesla) the rest of the transaction was smooth and painless on their end. I had an issue with some incompetence at my bank but he remained patient. A few days later I tried to charge my car and the cord is faulty. One phone call later and they are addressing my problem. Despite no promises of after sale help, they are stepping up and keeping their word to keep their customer happy. What more can I say except that I will definitely recommend them and will not hesitate to purchase from imperial again in the future.
