Howard Bass was my most recent salesperson and was pleasant, efficient and very helpful with my… purchase. He helped me set all the dashboard settings before I left and made sure I was comfortable with the car. He made sure I had my owner's manual and offered to help with any questions that might come up. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I love my new Tucson Limited.quick response

The tire was replaced, tires rotated, nitrogen put in tires rather than air, the spare was put back into the spare… compartment for me neatly and properly, the recalls were taken care of, car washed!!!!, and I was made away of my car needing the injectors cleaned, but I was given options and advice!!!! The timing was very reasonable and I didn't have an appointment.Friendly service with a smile.

by MaryMary7 on 12/01/2015Hello! I am a new owner of a 2015 Venetian Red Hyundai Sonata. I was recently rear ended by someone over the weekend and I went into the Hyundai dealership on 1-45 North to get an estimated quote for parts/repairs. The person that was… assigned to assist me (BRANDON BURRIS) instantly told me that their location did not have a body shop, but that he could refer me to another location that deals with body work. So then I asked the question if Hyundai's service shop would be able to replace parts on my vehicle he stated yes and at that point he "Finally" offered to come outside to take a look at my bumper. After taking a look at my bumper he was able to determine would part would need replacements on my vehicle. Mr. Burris then proceeded to walk me back in to the building and asked me to be seated in the customer waiting room while he creates a quote. After waiting in the waiting room for about 20 minutes, Mr. Burris comes out with a "PURPLE STICKY NOTE" providing quote information. Now please note that I went to 3 different companies today for quotes and HYUNDAI being the largest one is the only one that provided my quote for service/parts on a STICKY NOTE. I'm note sure if this is custom for all quote requests, but in my humble opinion, it was very unprofessional and definitely not something that I would expect from a company that I just purchased a new vehicle from less than 6 months ago. Do I love my new car and enjoy my experience as a Hyundai owner absolutely! However, if I had to refer someone to this particular dealership for a new car or service based on my experience today the answer would be ABSOLUTELY NOT! I rarely write reviews when purchasing items etc., but it is my hope that this review will cause this location to re-evaluate their customer service/protocol/process in regards to "quotes" for service/parts. by Bavi0908 on 11/26/2015Me and my spouse were looking for 2016 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition with red color and North Freeway had exactly what we wanted and was in our budget range. We dealt with online sales manager Howard Bass and he was fair and firm with us;… there were good conversations between us before the purchase to eliminate common unpleasant scenarios (i.e. trying to strong arm unwanted packages on cost, purchase order not having desired bottom line price, obtaining SS# to run credit even if we're pre-approved somewhere else). We felt Mr. Bass was honest with us and didn't put any surprises on us; he was totally upfront about everything. He communicated and assisted with all dealer incentives/rebates/specials to us very well! Howard is a car sales veteran and has no pretense or immaturity that one often encounters with car salesman. He gives respect and deserves respect back. Franklyn Adames, the finance manager, deserves a ton of compliments too. He made the documents signing process so smooth and brief. He explained everything to us very well and answered all our questions to complete satisfaction. Overall, we loved North Freeway Hyundai dealership and the whole car buying experience with Howard and Franklyn. I am definitely recommending the dealership and Howard to friends and family. I really hope someone else we refer can have the same pleasant satisfying car buying experience that we had.Review from Kimberly Lewis

I have been buying cars for years and years and this experience...by far...has been the best. From the greeting upon arrival, which… was very prompt, to the attention paid to each detail of my car buying experience. Jaime answered all my questions and determined what vehicle would fit my needs exactly. In addition, I was able to test drive many vehicles to determine which one works best for me. He focused on my needs, not on what the dealership needed to sell. As we were going through the process, I met other sales staff and the service representatives and was scheduled for my first service for my vehicle. Jaime and Hector reviewed all the information that came with the vehicle including true car benefits and reference guide included in the paperwork. The staff called to ensure my purchase was as I had hoped for and the entire experience was great from receiving a full tank of gas, clean car and a smile to boot. Thank you!!!Always the best for me.

The service I have gotten both in sales and service has been the top of my experiences across the multiple dealers I have used over the past 2 decades. I like the sales… staff listening to what I want and ask for and doing just that, and not cold calling me or badgering my like other dealerships have done to me.
