I wanted to submit this review because the experience that I had at North Freeway Hyundai was exceptional. I have been buying cars for years and years and this experience...by far...has been the best. From the greeting upon arrival, which was very prompt, to the attention paid to each detail of my car buying experience. Jaime answered all my questions and determined what vehicle would fit my needs exactly. In addition, I was able to test drive many vehicles to determine which one works best for me. He focused on my needs, not on what the dealership needed to sell. As we were going through the process, I met other sales staff and the service representatives and was scheduled for my first service for my vehicle. Jaime and Hector reviewed all the information that came with the vehicle including true car benefits and reference guide included in the paperwork. The staff called to ensure my purchase was as I had hoped for and the entire experience was great from receiving a full tank of gas, clean car and a smile to boot. Thank you!!!
