Excellent service buy new vehicle
by mhdpt08 on 05/31/2016I just purchased a new Ford Explorer from Ryan Ford. This has by far been the best experience I have ever experienced at a car dealership. David Simpson was our salesman and he was wonderful. We ended up ordering our vehicle so we could get… all of the options that we wanted. He did not try to pressure us into anything that we did not want. I received weekly emails updating me on my vehicle's status. When we went to pick up the vehicle he spent time to go over whatever we wanted him to go over on the vehicle. The financial guy was also very courteous. He presented all of our options for warranty packages and was respectful of our decision. Our whole car buying experience was stress free and I could not be more pleased with our vehicle. I started looking into leasing an explorer and looked at a few dealerships but nothing compared to the people at Ryan Ford, specifically salesman Blake Wood. I… told him exactly what I wanted and what my budget was and not only did he find the exact explorer I wanted within 2 days, but was able to get me a great deal on it. He was nice, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I've never been a Ford person but Ryan Ford will definitely get my business again. by jay_prasad on 05/16/2016Im writing this review because I feel like my recent experience at the Ryan Ford service department should be heard. When I first bought my vehicle from Ryan Ford I was amazed at the professionalism, courtesy, and respect I was given… from the sales and finance team over there. Being that it was a 45 minute drive from my house I didnt plan on getting my maintenance done at this dealership because I have a Ford dealership right across the street from where I live. However, I felt like since I had such a great experience there when I bought my truck I might as well try out their service department. Im all about customer service and if I have to drive a little farther so be it. When I arrived at the service department the first thing that impressed me when I entered through the automatic garage doors (which I thought was really cool btw) I was amazed at how clean the place was! It did not seem like a place where vehicles drive in daily! It was cleaner than some of the homes Ive been in. Lol! The next thing that happened (which I never get at any service center) is the service guy walked up to my truck before I even got out, and greeted me with a smile and a very positive attitude. That also is very hard to come by these days. He asked me if I had an appointment I said no, is there any way you can squeeze me in for an oil change? With it being Friday and all I had a feeling the answer would be no for sure. Well, Im not sure how it happened but, in about 20 minutes I get an email to my phone saying The service on your 2015 Ford F-150 is complete I got up, looked outside, and saw the tech parking my truck out front! Coolest thing ever! I walked over to the counter and was greeted by a guy named Brad. Brad also had a great big smile on his face and told me my truck was ready. He complimented some of the upgrades I have added on my truck and then he went over all the details of my oil change. What details you ask? Well, no matter how small of a service you get from Ryan Ford they do a thorough inspection of practically everything on your vehicle! After speaking to Brad he handed me his business card and I saw he was the service manager. I knew right away why this service department exceeded my expectations and has such great customer service, Its because they have great leadership! I know for a fact I will pass up that Ford dealership right by my house and drive out to Sealy, Tx for all my maintenance or service needs from now on. I have now been through every single part of this dealership from sales, finance, and now the service department. All I can say is WOW Im totally in love with this place. Thanks Ryan Ford! The person that helped us with our pre-owned vehicle was Sabrena Torres. She was such a trooper. We… were late arriving from out of town, but when we finally made it to the dealership, she was all smiles and had everything ready for us. It was the smoothest purchase I had ever experienced. A while after we were back at home enjoying our vehicle, we started having problems with the AC. We had purchased a service plan, so when we took it to our local dealer for repair, we hoped the service plan would cover the cost. We were told that it would not be covered. We decided to call Sabrena at Ryan Ford to see if there was anything they could do. After a few hours, they let us know that they were willing to do all of the repairs at no cost to us. The problem then became that our local dealership had already started fixing the problem. When I let Sabrena know this, Ryan Ford worked their magic and got the entire repair covered. Thanks Ryan Ford for going the extra mile in service. We will be buying our next vehicle from these fine people.Jdstewart0117--Why thank you! Great Used Car Buying Experience
by ccdriver1 on 03/23/2016Looking for a used car online for my 16 year old son and came across a listing for a Mustang that did not have a price, as it was new inventory.I clicked the icon for more information and received a quote within one business day. About 90%… of the discussions were handled via email. When we agreed to a price, I made the drive from Magnolia to Sealy (65 miles one way) and they had no problem letting me sign a binder and letting my mechanic check out the car before I committed to buy it. My mechanic said it was a good car and the guys at Ryan honored the agreed upon total drive out price. Chris Anderson was a pleasure to work with and , based on my experience, I recommend Ryan Ford to anyone.ccdriver1--That's fantastic! A square deal 723

The folks at Ryan Ford in Sealy, TX come as close to a square deal as possible. We negotiated… with Mark Rios, manager long distance by phone. He worked us out a great deal and we felt like our business was appreciated. They would have delivered the car to us for free but we opted to drive the distance and complete the deal in person. When we arrived we met Mark who handed us over to Steve Fox who stayed with us up to financing. The bottom line is they kept their word and the numbers were just as we had agreed with some difference regarding the extended warranty. Good car getting place I say!!

It was just Travis, myself and a lot full of options. He took his time to answer any… question I had and graciously walked back and forth in the car lot with me.
