  • Can't beat Ryan Ford in Sealy TX!!!!

    This is our very first, new car purchase and we're very satisfied with the service we received at Ryan Ford. Our sales associate, Westley M., was very helpful and informative about the vehicle we were interested in. The finance manager was also able to give us a great finance rate and included the bumper to bumper warranty for a great price. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone searching for their next car.

  • Ryan Ford verses Planet Ford

    My experience with Wesley at Ryan Ford was perfect! I have purchased several vehicles throughout my life and each time a living nightmare. I contact Wesley via phone and explained exactly what I wanted. He not only supplied me with his best quote he gave me top dollar for my trade in and made sure to get me the best to get me the lowest rate for financing. within our transaction, i made sure to contact Planet Ford via phone (3 times) and via internet in addition to one out of state dealership. It took Planet Ford three request before returning my call. Up front they offered $3.500 less on the new vehicle but made up for the saving by low balling my trade in by $4,500!! I was extremely disappointed with their service and lack of folow up. Wesley not only gave me the best deal but showed integrity and his foolwup to make sure the transaction from start to drive out was a more than pleasurable experience!   • What a nice Experience !

    Its hard to please me , but I have to say that Wesley and the group I dealt with to buy a new vehicle were great . Everything went so smooth from the start to the end of the deal which I was expecting something totally different from past experience with other dealers . And my wife was very impressed also with Wesley as he took the time to show her everything she needed to learn about our new vehicle and how its works , this never happened in any dealings I have had in the past with other dealers . As a first buyer at Ryan Ford , I'm totally impressed and would recommend them to all my friends and to others I don't know just because there just plain nice people to deal with . I am very happy .

  • Be prepared for hand-to-hand combat

    This dealership is living on glory days gone by of Presidents Awards. This is not a Presidents Award dealer now. The sales experience was OK. Casey is a nice young man. His mother should be proud of him. Be prepared for hand-to-hand combat with the finance manager. I read another review where the person "discovered"” a $3000 charge….I would not have given a 5 star rating for that unethical move. First battle was over an extended warrantee. This is stuff I don't want. Unwilling to take a "no" this battle went on forever. After I was emotionally drained, they finally came up with a "$500 coupon" to reduce the price. I acquiesced to save my sanity. We'll call it a tie. Then came the sales tax battle. I'm from out-of-state. Sales taxes for me depend on my address; in or out of city limits and my parish (county). They were too lazy to do anything but look up my zip code, which, is in another parish and in city limits. As much as I protested, they were too lazy to do a map search to find out where I actually lived and apply the correct taxes. So I ended up paying an extra percent which they promise will be refunded to me if the taxes are lower. We'll see on this one…so far, I lost. Next battle…some useless "“theft insurance." At "only $80, I acquiesced too. I was battle worn. Next, the payment battle. They looked up my credit rating and found it was over 800. So you'd think they'd take my check for $14,000 like other dealers have. All they have to do is hold the paperwork till it clears. Oh no. I had to sign two loan agreements. One for the amount I needed, the other for a higher amount incase the check bounced. Wonderful. The $14,000 has since disappeared from my account., I hope they file the correct paperwork. Finally, it comes time to sign the bill of sales. Listed there is $101 for "ad valoriem taxes." This is not sales tax that they are required to collect. They say it is inventory tax. But let's face it. This is just a charge to cheat you and pad their pocket. I was seeing double after the battles. I acquiesced. The truck, which had been on the lot for a year (leftover) was washed, but not detailed. I drove home an unhappy camper.

    From start to finish the purchase of my new Ford F250 was flawlessly painless and easy. My salesman, Mr. Mark J., worked very hard to get me the price I needed to make it work, and Mr. Westley M. in financing worked very hard to get me the payment I needed. These guys are top notch and I will be recommending them for anybody looking to purchase a vehicle.

  • These guys are great!

    I worked with Steve to spec out exactly the truck that met our needs. He ordered it with the specific color combinations and options we were looking for, then kept me informed of progress as the truck come off the assembly line and into our local depot. Then he delivered it to our house! It does not get any better than that, folks, and you won't find them any better than Ryan Ford. Even if you have to drive a few minutes to get to them, it is worth it.

    I had a great car buying experience at Ryan Ford. I was a first time buyer and moving to Texas from out of town, and Mark J. worked with me on everything. The price was reasonable and was exactly what we negotiated in advance, the car looks great, and they even waited for me at the airport to drive me to the dealership. I would definitely recommend Mark and the Ryan Ford team to anyone.

  • Outstanding customer service

    I can tell they do care about customer satisfaction, to be honest I had a few minor issues with my car and since I'm about 55 miles away from them Mr. Ryan drove all the way to my job just to take a look to the car and my concerns, He took notes and told me that he was going to get back with his team and work on that list the most efficient way, the plan is to whenever the parts are on the shop they will drive a rental to my job and pick up my car, work on my car for a few days and then bring my car back to me so I don't even have to waste time driving over there, wow! I've never thought that they would go thru all this to make things right so my new car meets my expectations as well as Ryan's customer service. The fifth star will be earned as soon as my car is ready ;-). (Mustang GT 2012)

    What a great experience. Even though I live 30 miles away I would go back there again. Curtis was great to work with. He found us the edge I wanted and the price was less than I thought it would. There were no hidden fees or so called dealer adds. I got what I wanted for my trade. After trying to deal with three other dealers this was a refreshing experience. Hernan and Mitch in finance got me a better rate than my credit union. Thank you to all at Ryan Ford. I will tell everyone I know. Susan

    I bought my new 2013 Raptor from Wesley at Ryan Ford, because none of the dealers wanted to work with me on the price. Wesley was straightforward, ordered my truck, and made the whole process simple and hassle free. It was worth the two hour drive from Austin. Will be buying from him again!

    I specifically wanted to get away from the big city dealers and am very glad I did. There was no pressure, no games and I got a fair deal on my trade in and my new purchase. I could not have been happier with my experiance and will definitly go back to Ryan Ford. My salesman was Westley M.
