    This is a review I left last year. Chris Martinez has not contacted me YET, even after receiving 3 emails from me: I took my 2012 E350 Mercedes in for a Service B will only 38,004 miles back on 6-09-23. Every thing was good. 2 months later with mileage at 38,708 the Transmission was acting up, hesitates and shudders while driving. No check engine light. They found Transmission Fluid and Coolant mixing which contaminated the Transmission which comes to $13,872.00 for repair alon with a list of other recommendations totaling over $3,000.00. They had no answer how the fluids were mixing. My Guess is they poured Coolant into the Transmission during the Service B to give it enough time to contaminate hoping I would return to repair it at their cost.......NO WAY. I took it to another place and got a new Transmission for half the cost. They could not find any defects on how the fluids got mixed and agreed with my thoughts. It my be too late for me file a lawsuit but I am going to give it a try.     BATE and SWITCH!!! UNPROFESSIONAL/LACKING INTEGRITY/POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. Engage this dealership w/due caution!!! Spent > 2 hrs w/sales rep "aUSTIN" concerning a 2018 MB G63 G-Wagon (White, VIN #WDCYC7DH8JX286640 (in case moved to another local MB dealership). Trade was assessed and offer posed. "aUSTIN" & manager advised subsequently the veh was not updated in the system and was actually selling for $92.989. after hrs of exchange and several trips into the sales office by "aUSTIN", this should have been evident. I was asked if I had any wiggle room to spend up to purchase the veh! By the time I got home the veh was taken off the net. Another example of poor trade craft! I'm a retired AF Colonel w/ over 40yrs of mil svs/3 MS' and having commanded 5 times and several combat tours. Not off target often! Take my advice; avoid this 3rd Class operation and shop with the other two dealerships in the SA area! (This review may not make the site (another example of unprofessionalism, but it does not negate how poor your sales staff represents the dealership. Large network and I will make all aware and ensure monthly mailings, news letters and all gatherings are made aware). I also worked for a 3 letter org post my mil time and can handle any issue presented, trust...nothing personal here, strictly business. Poor business...

    Overall, my visit was very positive. The front desk team was welcoming and efficient and my care salesman was knowledgeable, and brought in the previous owner of the vehicle for questions and I thought this was a genuine gesture.

    I bought my AMG through MBOSA back in 2020. At the time I thought they were courteous, professional and did an excellent job to provide the best experience for the customer. On 6/6/24 I made an appointment to have my Texas vehicle inspection performed. When I arrived on 6/7/24 with the car I told the service representative that I had an appointment. He took all the information down and showed me the way to the waiting. Shortly after the serve advisor called my name and told me that they were very busy and the service department didn't have time for a vehicle inspection. I said, " I understand and that is why I made an appointment". He turned me away and told me to go somewhere else. I could not believe it!! The entire reason I take the car to the dealer is because of the type of the car and because I know behind closed doors the car will be in good hands vs somewhere else. After that experience I will never again take my AMG back to Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio for any type of maintenance. I will never recommend Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio to friends, family nor colleagues.
