Dealership Service Review
I bought my AMG through MBOSA back in 2020. At the time I thought they were courteous, professional and did an excellent job to provide the best experience for the customer. On 6/6/24 I made an appointment to have my Texas vehicle inspection performed. When I arrived on 6/7/24 with the car I told the service representative that I had an appointment. He took all the information down and showed me the way to the waiting. Shortly after the serve advisor called my name and told me that they were very busy and the service department didn't have time for a vehicle inspection. I said, " I understand and that is why I made an appointment". He turned me away and told me to go somewhere else. I could not believe it!! The entire reason I take the car to the dealer is because of the type of the car and because I know behind closed doors the car will be in good hands vs somewhere else. After that experience I will never again take my AMG back to Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio for any type of maintenance. I will never recommend Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio to friends, family nor colleagues.
