    I purchased a Ford 2016 Escape. The service was great from the minute we walked in the door. Our salesman, Norm Heinz was so helpful in helping us choose the right vehicle for our needs. He can answer every question! Appreciate his excellent service. Incidentally this is the third car purchased over the past years with Norm as our salesman. This is the very best dealership!

    I absolutely LOVE my new Explorer! I'm having so much fun playing with all the gadgets! Todd Mayes took excellent care of me. He really listened to all my 'must haves' and recommended the perfect vehicle for me! I will highly recommend North Central Ford to everyone. In fact, my sister is a die-hard Chevy person but said she is so impressed by my Explorer that she now wants to trade in her Tahoe for an Explorer! Way to go Ford!!! Thank you for making the buying experience both wonderful and painless!

    Ronnie has been a great Advisor over the past several years. I picked NCentral Ford because of the proximity to my house, and I couldn't be happier. Ronnie goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. Highly recommend him.

    My service technician was Russell and he did an excellent job! He explained what was going on with my vehicle, the approximate cost and a spot on estimated time of repair completion! I have been coming to NCF for 15 years to purchase and service my vehicles and will always remain a loyal customer due to the staff knowledge and friendliness!

    The experience was great. I thought that we would have to discuss the price much longer than we did. All we had to do upon arrival, meet with Chris Marchant, test drive and advised what color. Everything was right on point from the initial application to closing. The financial officer even made the visit enjoyable.

    Roy always takes good care of me. I had a flat, you were able to patch the tire and get me on my way. A few days latter the low pressure warning came on. I stopped by to have it checked since the tire was just patched. Roy had it checked giving me great peace of mind. He had me in and out in a very timely manner. Great Service

    I contacted NC Ford advised I would be out at specific time. Took me an hour to get to dealership. NC Ford sold vehicle and did not call me before I drove out. Would rather walk than buy a car from North Central Ford. GM was ugly and uncaring.

    The sales team at this ford are great! My salesman Todd Mayes went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me. He was helpful and made sure to follow up with me after my purchase. The entire team there are wonderful and would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

    Called several dealers for similarly equipped models, presented each dealer with competitors offers and North Texas Ford's internet departments beat 4 other dealers by around $850 on our 2015 Expedition. I originally called at 3:10pm sitting at my home in Frisco and I was driving my new vehicle home before 6:00pm. Met same rock bottom APR as my credit union offered, didn't try and force any unnecessary add ons, signed on the dotted line and away I went. Great experience from the internet dept, sales manager, and finance department. Highly recommend.

    Send out ads with a number offering prizes of varying values. When you go in to check your numbers you are not allowed to do so yourself but must speak with a salesman first who tries to get you to test drive or look at a car. Ok, fair enough to try to sell a car. However, when you state you want to see if you won a prize you are not allowed to check the number yourself but instead the salesman goes and checks it and states you have won the lowest of the three prizes.(What a surprise! ha ha) However, it gets better now. They are out of the vouchers for that prize and you will have to return on another day to get the voucher.......when you express displeasure with that deal they shrug their shoulders and hold their palms skyward and say "we're really sorry but we ran out." Upon calling the manager he pretty much goes on the offensive and tries to make you feel somewhat guilty about asking for a cheap prize. He explains that a voucher should have been offered but you would have to return because "they are like cash" and "he does not want to put them in the mail." He also poor mouths that he sent out over 3000 ads and there is not way he could possibly tell how many people would show up to get their "prizes" on any given day. When you try to press him on the issue he says you must like to argue and "he can't help you." That's about the only thing he was right about for sure......he couldn't help me. This dealership's Better Business Bureau rating has just been revoked as of November 10th of 2010 and their rating at this writing is an F for many complaint and failure to address complaints. Many of them are for questionable advertising similar to this one. I'm just one person but you really should look carefully at this business before dealing with them. I surely never will. There are other dealers close by that have better ratings with the BBB and Edmunds.
  • Buyer beware - Terrible Shopping Experience

    This dealership told us they could sell us the car we wanted. We made a deal with a $1500.00 trade in and $1500 down. We verbally agreed to this and the salesperson left for about 20 - 30 minutes. He came back and tried to get us to sign a statement saying we would make a $3000 down payment plus our trade in. He never mentioned the added downpayment at all. When we noticed the added down payment he tried to state that he had misunderstood us even though we had spent an hour discussing what we would pay. Also, even though we kept asking, the salesman and financing dept would never tell us what interest rate we were looking at. I called back the next day, spoke to a director of sales and told them we had gotten our own financing. We wanted the same price on the car and the same amount for our trade in. We discussed the financing and he stated that they would rather finance us themselves and that he didnt like the financing we had because they had to pay a fee to the financing company. The director told me he would call me back after he verified my horror story from the previous night. He called me back hours later to tell me they no longer accepted the financing we had procurred even though earlier he had spoken to me about it. Unless you like to spend hours being lied to and treated badly, you might want to skip going here for your purchase.

    The employees would not go down on the price at all, not even $50. The finance manger we dealt with told us that we would have a $50 deductible, but now 2 weeks later, we find out that the deductible is $250. That is not what we were promised, and we are outraged that they would lie to their customers. I will never buy another vehicle from North Central Ford. This was the first and last time I deal with them for any purchase.

    When I read the article on Edmunds that people that are ready to purchase a vehicle should deal with the Internet department. It mentioned that you can deal with more professional, knowledgeable, people which can make your shopping experience much easier. North central ford Internet made a great impression on me and my family. I liked the fact that Norm my Internet contact and Sean the internet director worked hard to achieve my goals. They respected my budget and presented me with several options. I like simple and straight forward. You can tell when people are happy where they work, and I enjoyed the experience! I would recommend, this dealership and especially Internet team! Thank you! See you when the lease is up!

    I received 3 quotes from different dealers on the same ford edge. We went to the dealership closest in rockwall. The price was better, but when we got there it everything changed, they would not honor the Internet price unless we bought 1200$ in dealer Add ons! We left immediately. Disheartened from the experience. We then went to north central ford, they had the best deal. The Internet team there made the process so easy, with no surprises. Thank you kevin, and Michael for finding extra rebate for me I didn't even know about! Sending my sister over to see you about an explorer soon!

    Our car buying experience started out phenomenal! We drove from Oklahoma City to North Central Ford because of the amazing deal we had found. The car buying process went flawlessly until after we left the dealership. We have now had the truck 2 1/2 weeks and have received over a dozen phone calls from different staff members trying to collect more money from us. Our bank has explained to them they need to sign over the title and send it to the bank in order to get paid. In Oklahoma you tag the vehicle yourself and maintain the title. The dealership refuses to do this. They have even told us our Bank told them to collect money from us which is not true. We have a great truck that we bought at a great price with a wonderful salesman (Brad) and we have a loan we are paying on a truck that we still don't have the title paperwork on to be able to tag it. Started out great...ended horribly.

    I went online and requested info on an escape, and fusion. Mike got back to me quickly, and answered my questions about leasing, and specials north central ford had at the time. When I came in the fusion I chose, and information he promised were as described. I will lease my cars from mike from now on. Thank you
