    Michael N. in the internet dept. was great! He found the fusion hybrid we truly wanted. He found it at another dealer that adds tint to their cars. He honored the price we agreed upon and we got the tint for free! He had all the paper work ready for when we got there! Great experience!

    I like that my advisor Brian called to let me know there was a computer upgrade for my fusion hybrid. The flash worked well. Thank you for being proactive!

    Went in for an oil change last week, and was surprised to find my car had been washed.. For free! I didn't realize that North central Ford washes your car with a paid service. Nice surprise. Will recommend Brian my advisor he was great!

    I came in a day early to get my low jack, and tint done. Mr. M. went out of his way to find me a loaner vehicle so I could get to work in time. I really appreciate the extra effort!

    While I didn't buy a car here, the sales rep was exceptional. I worked with Jim Howard, off and on, for about 6 weeks. Jim would contact me as the dealership received additional vehicles that met my criteria. However, I ultimately decided another car, at another dealership, best met my needs. When I first went in to North Central, I didn't know what kind of car I wanted, and I looked at numerous vehicles. Jim was very helpful and patient. He occasionally called me to follow up with other vehicles that met my criteria, but he was alwalys quick and to the point, did not waste my time, and did not pressure me to look at a vehicle that I had no interest in. He was respectful in every way. He never made me feel like I was taking too much of his time, or asking dumb questions, although I'm sure I did. I don't know much about the mechanics of a car. He bent over backwards to try to find a car that would meet all my needs. Even though it was several weeks in between my visits to the dealership, Jim always remembered me, and he remembered the conversations we had had previously, He would bring up topics we had discussed weeks ago, and I was amazed at the details he could remember. He is the ultimate gentleman and very knowledgeable about cars, and always went the "extra mile" to find answers to all my questions,(if he didn't have the answer, which was rare) He worked very hard to find just the right vehicle, with the right options, and never tried to pressure me into buying. He would present the facts, and let me make my own decisions. I'm fully capable of weighing the pro's and con's and making the decision, on my own. I don't know about you, but I want to be able to make my own decision, based on my needs without pressure from a sales person, who just wants a sale. While I didn't buy a car from Jim Howard this time, I will definitely keep him in mind for the future, as well as referring my friends and family to him. Also, I did meet Doug (Jim's Sales Manager). I received the same respect from Doug, he was helpful, tried to find the right vehicle for me, without all the typical Sales Manager games most of us have experienced. I had a great experience at North Central Ford, completely different than the other reviewers. If you ask for Jim Howard, I feel very confident that you will have a positive "sales experience" at North Central Ford. As a footnote, I did take my current vehicle into the North Central service department during the time I was looking for a new car, and I found the service department to be very helpful, and prompt. I had to change my scheduled appointment at the last minute, and they were very accomodating. The service work was done to my satisfaction on the rescheduled date.

    I went into the dealership not wanting a new car, came out with a beautiful f150! I feel like they worked around me, instead of havering me working around them. They even double checked the numbers on the payments! Sean is decently the guy to go to! The Internet sales were also kept up to date to the nearest hour!

    My family, friends and I have bought 14 vehicles from Sean in the last 5 years. Since he moved to the Internet department it has made buying at north central ford much easier. If you want a white glove experience go see Sean! I love my new Fx4!
