    I had been doing the research for a few months and choose the Pilot and then choose Lute Riley. The main reason was the true pricing it is the lowest price I found. When I got there the Pilot I wanted to test drive was up at the front waiting on my, there was no haggling and no one was pushy. They took no for an answer and explained things clearly. I was there maybe two hours. If you are buying a Honda Lute Riley is the ideal place.

    I purchased a 2013 Pilot EX-L from LR Honda last night. This is my 4th Honda, and 2nd time to purchase at Lute Riley (1st time was in 2005). I chose to go back here because not only did they easily beat the 5 previous quotes from John Eagle, David McDavid,Honda Cars of McKinney AND Rusty Wallis by hundreds (not $10, HUNDREDS) they threw in 8 add-ons, 2 years of Free oil changes (yes, YEARS) and the salesman had an ice-cold Sprite waiting for me when I got there (he knew I had a sore throat & cold LOL!) OK, so the Sprite is like, whatever, but to me it showed a sense of humor and caring that you don't see at other dealerships, who act like YOU owe THEM something. I hate to drop names on reviews, because I am always suspicious that the review is written by the actual sales person trying to make the dealership look good (seriously, you know you have thought it too! haha!) but I will on this one, James B. was our sales guy and Finance guy was named Bret. Even though it was after 9pm by the time we examined the actual vehicle, James parked it in the brightly lit service department so we could see it good, and he also took the painstaken time to show me every little button, programmed my phone into the bluetooth & etc. I'd test driven roughly 12 cars before this, and NO ONE had taken the time to do any of that, all the OTHER dealerships (*cough, cough, Honda cars of McKinney*) wanted to know was what my monthly payment I was comfortable with, the others could careless to SELL me the actual vehicle. ggrrr.... Bret (finance) was also patient & straight to the point, didn't pressure me with all the Gap Ins crap and etc, he was sympathetic that I was sick and ready to get it over with at that point. They beat our bank's APR of 2.9% and we got 0.9% easy, even with Meh credit scores. Bret seemed even amused at me when I got so excited over the oil changes, and was examining the paperwork for any extras that could have gotten slipped by us. Nope, not there. They seriously rock. I have referred all my friends on Facebook, and hope you don't hesitate to send your daughter/sister/mom there, they are really cool to deal with and don't miscalculate your intellect as a female. *Only a woman will understand what I mean by that, when it comes to buying a car*

    I bought my CR-V at Lute Riley. My salesman, George, was very kind and didn't waste my time. Being a single female, George and General Sales Manager, Chris Ballard, were very helpful and didn't take my lack of knowledge for granted. It was a great experience and I will definitely buy my next car at Lute Riley.

    Just bought our third Honda from this dealership. As always, very professional and excellent service from everyone at Lute Riley. Special thanks to Clint, our salesperson. My wife loves the new 2012 CR-V EX.

    Considering this was my first experience purchasing new car I did major research. I searched on line for the best deals. I love the online purchase-I am not the best negotiator therefore the “haggling” from a salesman was out the window. When I arrived my car was immediately brought to the front, I did a test drive and was sold!!! Now to the finance department---Considering I do not have the BEST credit score I was given a “fair” interest rate. It wasn’t the interest rate I would hope for but it was the best quote given to me by other dealers. I was impressed with the finance dept (Jeremy-I think?). I took my sister with me (who has previous experience) and both she and I were educated on things that were foreign to both of us (discounts). I don’t know if the reason was because I did negations on line & I was given good salesmen or what but my experience with Lute Riley was positive. Thanks

    Great people that are honest. They gave me the best deal I had seen in the entire DFW metroplex and gave it to me straight. they didn't try and trick me or feed me any bull.

    Bought a new 2013 Honda CR-V from Lute Riley Honda in Richardson, TX last week. This is my third new CR-V and the second one bought from Lute Riley. I thought my 2010 had all the features I wanted for the price; however, the 2013 CR-V includes so many new great features it is fantastic; and, at the same low price. More power, quieter ride, navigation system is satellite rather than CD, backup camera is great, and too many others to list. Although I would say that I am definitely sold on the Honda CR-V’s I think the #1 selling point for my purchases is Lute Riley Honda and it’s awesome staff. I live 300+ miles from Richardson; however, I will continue to travel to Richardson to buy my future CR-V’s. Shawn K. was my Sales Consultant for both of my purchases from Lute Riley. There is absolutely no sales pressure from Shawn. He is very knowledgable about all the features of the car and answers all my questions. Shawn gives me his full attention while I am deciding color, features, etc., that I am looking for and he keeps tract of this information. He keeps in touch with me every few months to make sure everything is going well with my car and do I have any questions. Although everyone is very friendly and helpful at Lute Riley I will continue to work with Shawn K. if possible. THANK YOU SHAWN!! After I finally decided on which CR-V I wanted it was time for the financial part. This was unbelievable. Not only did I get a great trade-in price for my 2010 CR-V trade-in, Brett R., Finance Manager, got my payments down $50/month for the same number of payments. THANK YOU BRETT. THANK YOU LUTE RILEY HONDA and THANK YOU HONDA FOR THE 2013 CR-V!!

    I was very eager to work with LR as they had responed to my e/mail quickly and asked questions that were relaitive. I made it a point to see them that evening. Once there, it was a different story. I was told they had a red carpet treatment and that I could get the car within a couple hrs. I got there close to 4pm. The initial person that greeted me started asking questions about being upside down and that mostly it was going to be difficult to buy a car. That is when I realized that all dealerships are the same. They just want to get you there and once there they want to sell you what makes more $$ cents to them. I was ready to take my business elsewhere. Just then some other person came and said they could help, after they saw my credit ratings and what I could afford. I was so tired by then I just wanted to get out of there. This should of been my red flag to get my keys and get of there. Instead I gave them benefit of the doubt. I agreed to the terms mentioned to me and I was told I was next in line to see the finance manager. Two hours later I was still there waiting. I kept getting excuses that there was only one manager on duty. I was so furious, and that should of been my next red flag to get out of there. Once with the manager I was just not happy and very tired. What I got was treated badly and given a free service, a $30.00 value...Whoo Whoo!! I have had the car for 5 months now and I have not been happy and regret buying this car. On top of that, the rear mats were never given to me. The dealership sent me some followup e/mails which I don't even bother to respond to, whats the point. They are only doing it for their benefit. Once I can unload this car I will, Honda claims this car has good resale value, I sure hope this is something that holds true, it will be my only consolation.

    I got to know from one of FM Radio ad about the Lute Riley Honda great offers. I visited the dealer on 10/15/2013 to buy/enquire about CR-V. The sales associate was not very friendly. He has no interest to show the vehicle. After little negotiations, we agreed for a price and i opted for finance the vehicle. Sales associate suggested to go with HONDA finance and i agreed. I filled the Honda financial form and signed. After few minutes, they told me that i do not have enough credit history for finance. I happily agreed and left the dealer. Next day, i got 8 alerts from experian about the Hard Credit enquires. I was suprised to see hard credit enquires from different banks. I signed/authorized the dealer to check for only one bank(Honda financials). Without my consent, they did hard credit enquires in 8-9 diffent credit instituations. I am very much disappointed by the was they handle information about the customer. I do not suggest this dealer to any car buyer.

    Our experience could not have been better!!!!! The whole team worked together tirelessly to get us into the car we really wanted. In fact, they bent over backwards to make us happy. Everyone was so helpful and treated us with total respect. Our salesman Shawn even bought us pizza after it was all said and done. This is our second Honda purchase with Lute Reilly and we will keep coming back because the customer service experience is second to none!!!

    I was looking for a 2012 Honda Civic LX, and compared the quotes from different dealers via Edmunds.com. Lute Riley was not the lowest one, but the internet sales manager promise to beat any others by $500, and it is close to my home, so I went to the dealership and met a sales person whose name is Ken. I was very disappointed meeting with this gentleman. He is not honest and inpatient. He first told me there are two Honda civic 2012 LX in stock, but later on he said all sold out, and push EX and 2013 LX to us. When we leaving the dealership, he called me and said he has LX again and asked me to come back. The price offered by this gentleman is far far more than the internet quote, even more than other dealers 2013 LX. He said Lute Riley does not any discount, not even a penny, I showed him the internet quote, he said it was the trick to attract people coming in. Couple mins later he change his word said your price does not include the equipment installed. I dont see any point I should go ahead doing business with this dishonest people or company, even they had got the lowest price.

    I purchased a new Honda CRV from Lute Riley Honda yesterday and implore everyone to check this dealership out. The GM, Dan W. and salesman, Shawn K. were excellent to deal with. No haggle pricing with no pressure. This is a must stop place for Honda car shopping. I now am a member of the Lute Riley Honda family and am very excited to be associate with these fine folks! A plus bonus is the technology packed into this vehicle. Honda has very clever people engineering awesome technology. For Honda cars, this dealership is second to none.

    We purchased a used vehicle from Lute Riley in richardson Tx. The staff is friendly and take your money and tell you everything you want to hear. We were told that the vehicle had a clean report and I asked all the right questions This company told us they would give money back in 24 hours my son paid cash for the vehicle and then we found out it had been in an accident after they denied that they knew nothing about it and their service had looked at this vehicle on trade and acted like they did nothing wrong... They tell you they dont have to tell you anything regarding the vehicle even when you ask them directly . Car Fax supposedly clean... do not trust that either since they knew car was in accident and then had son waive his rights to Car fax saying vehicle not in accident before he took to his mechanic... When we tried to get money they put it off till monday or tues stating they put his cash underground and had no one there that weekend to refund. they finally gave us a warranty but not bumper to bumper like they agreed to... my son told me he did not trust anyone at the dealership and I have to concur....When you call them or catch them they sleaze out on an explanation... We found out our warranty will not mean much if he take it in and the warranty will not cover anything that they believe is a preexisting condition... What the heck if you pay for warranty there should be no conditions especially if a reputable dealer says that the car or vehicle was good... on the outside they say certified vehicles... Run run Run....not really a thing and a gimic... when we called them out on things they got very belligerent and beat us down to make it sound like it was our fault that we caught them in a lie.....this is a big corp who could care less about how they treat customers and there will be someone who will answer this to say that they took care of us.....My son could not purchase another car so he settled and he is afraid that this car may turn out to be a lemon.... We hope not but how can you trust a dealer to say we want your business but not willing to put their reputation on line... excuse... GM out of town.... Finance people who could get his money not there till monday but they had managers and leaders there... yes we could of waited to monday but we asked them to be fair with us and they were the ones that told us no worries.. oh yeah..... Please do yourself a favor and runaway quickly.... i am just finishing my shower to wash off the bad taste that I have.
