    I had a bad experience at a dealership up the street from Audi Plano and, spur of the moment, stopped into Audi Plano to test drive their Q7. Adrian was patient, showed me the Q7 along with other cars that fit my interest, and explained the differences. I bought a Q7 due to Adrian’s kindness and patience. Everyone I came in contact with throughout the sale were also kind and thorough. Highly recommend Audi Plano!

  • Terrible experience major car issues

    I bought a certified pre owned Audi that’s been in service for 3 of the 4 weeks I’ve owned it. My salesman was in a bad mood the day the picked it up, the car was not made ready, nor gassed, I had to figure all Features out alone. Forward a week. Digital gauge cluster blanked out / steering wheel broke, usb-c port was broken, window tint was scratched up (it wasn’t on the test drive) how this car was an Audi certified pre owned is beyond me. Missing a key and more. Service ordered the wrong parts so now it’s in service for another 2 weeks?? Wow. Guys. If not for Mike in finance being cool this would be a 0 star review.

    I have recently acquired a pre-owned vehicle from Audi Plano, and I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised by not only a very modern and cozy interior design of the dealership and overall atmosphere of professionalism and customer service from every person I’ve encountered there, but especially by my experienced advisor and brand specialist Sonja Denholm. I have experience in car sales at several dealerships, visited countless dealerships as a car buyer or customer, and worked in many high-level corporate office environments for many years, but I was still blown away by Sonja’s personable and yet very professional demeanor, follow-up skills and willingness to go above and beyond. It was a very cold and seemingly never-ending long winter day, but she was willing to spend long time outside, helping me check my car’s many features, willing to go even on a second test drive, and willing to engage any source necessary or to seek help to address many questions and concerns that I had. One of them was a second pair of keys that the car was missing. Sonja offered to try to contact my car’s previous owner to see if they still had it, and the very next day, I’ve got that second pair, to my complete awe! She didn’t have to do it, I’ve already bought the car, but she went above and beyond to follow-up. Thank you so much, Sonja! I hope that other people reading this will be asking for you when shopping for cars at Audi Plano - they will definitely not regret it!

    I canceled the extended warranty purchased on Jan.3rd cancel notice on the 5th and I have not got confirmation that it was canceled. Hand delivered notice and have sent 5 e-mails what to do next? They also did use the per-approval I ask them to use.

    I want to acknowledge Mitch from Audi Plano for making a purching. A very pleasurable experience. once we completed our purchase, we found out that our DVD entertainment was not functioning as advertised. We reached out to mitch who worked with lexus of park place to get the system replaced completely three thousand dollars and they paid for it and took care of us. We would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle at audi plano and working with Mitch, especially.

    Purchased Q5 from Audi Plano (Autonation) couple of weeks ago. Tracy Crawford is thorough and knowledgeable. He took time to explain all the functionalities. We were looking for specific exterior and interior color. He managed to find our Q5 and have it delivered from another city. When it comes to the purching, there was no drama or anything. Finance manager is also helpful. Overall it was a great experience. If you are looking to buy Audi, goto Plano location and inpatcular go see Tracy.

    Anna was great salesperson and answered all my questions and stayed late in the evening to show me all the functions of my car. The car was clean and full of gas! The financing guy was awesome! Wish I could remember his name but I was tired after working all day! They gave me a fair price for my trade in and I highly recommend Audi Plano!

  • Just an okay experience

    On September 27, 2023, we purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey from Audi Plano. We experienced pleasant customer service during the buying process. It seemed Audio Plano and Auto Nation were going to ensure the vehicle we purchased was sold to us in the best condition possible. The vehicle’s battery and brake light were replaced as well as the car was detailed to perfection prior to our pickup. As we drove the Odyssey off the lot the following Saturday, we were not disappointed in our purchase. In fact, we were encouraged that our assessment of Audio Plano and Auto Nation not selling us a subpar vehicle seemed to be accurate. Unfortunately, our good impressions were short lived. After driving the vehicle off the lot on September 30, 2023, we soon experienced trouble with the vehicle. Five days after picking up the vehicle, the “check charge system” in the van appeared. We contacted our sales rep, who said we could bring the vehicle back in or take it to any Honda dealership to have the problem assessed. The light went off but reappeared four days later. We contacted our sales rep again to which she gave the same response. Upon having the Odyssey inspected, we were told the alternator and timing belts would need to be replaced. This was going to be an expense of over $700 on a vehicle we had been told a little over a week prior had passed all inspections and had no issues. It seems odd that a truly thorough inspection of the vehicle would not have revealed any sort of indication that these issues would be on the horizon. Additionally, when we made these issues known to Audi Plano nothing was done to validate us as valued customers or cause us to want to do business with this dealership again. We were left feeling as though the dealership’s job was complete when they sold us the car and now the vehicle was our hassle to worry with. Because Audi Plano and Auto Nation are two reputable companies, we incorrectly assumed they would have done an in-depth inspection of their vehicles as well as maintained a level of unmatched customer services during and after the car buying process. From our experience neither was fully true. What started as a pleasant experience with Audi Plano and Auto Nation turned sour after we left the dealership, and we hope that others who have done business with these companies have not been left feeling the same way.

    Here is my honest review with Audi Plano - Autonation dealer. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone as they don't care about the customers after the payment. I owned many German vehicles in the past and never had any issue with the dealer. On Oct-05th, I went to Audi to purchase second car for my wife. Met with sales rep and checked the car (Thursday 10/5). I was told that car still need to be inspected and it will be ready in an hour or next day morning. We finished the paperwork paid the full amount with check. I was expecting call on friday morning and waited till 2pm (10/6). No call or text regarding the delivery. I called sales guy and he didn't answer my texts or calls. Then emailed general manager asking for help. After that got the call from sales rep saying they put order for tires and vehicle will be ready Saturday morning (10/7). They didn't mention this before purchase. We had a plan to spend weekend in Oaklahoma and cancelled all those plans due to car delivery on Saturday. Again Saturday same thing. Waited till 2pm and sent a message to sales rep. He called me back and said they put a order for tires and USPS didn't deliver those tires. Even a small tire shop will have tires in stock and being a big audi dealer they couldn't get set of tires. It is so frustrating that i cancelled all my plans and not getting the right ETA. This is all happening after i made the payment. I was promised to give the delivery in an hour. Finally, After going forth and back they called me to pick up the car on (Tuesday,10/10) at 6pm after 5days. I asked the sales rep that if they have finished the inspection and oil changes and he mentioned they did everything and that's the reason delivery got delayed. After driving the car for few days realized that i can't do anything on the dashboard as it is locked to previous owner. I called Audi customer care and they mentioned that they couldn't reach the car via internet. Network module was broken and asked to take it to the dealer. I took an appointment and checked with sales guy. Then we pulled the car into service and they mentioned network module was faulty. At the same time I mentioned about some rotten smell from cabin. That's when service mentioned that there is no service history on the car. They didn't change or checked anything before the delivery. No oil change and No cabin filter change. That's when i realized they delivered the car as it is and didn't check anything. When i ask their service to do the oil changes and cabin filter change they said it has to be paid and they do not have an appointment for another month. They scheduled an appointment for Nov-13th. First of all, This dealer communication is very bad and they don't speak to you after the payment. Also, they do not inspect or ready the car before delivey. I wouldn't return to this car dealer for anything. 1. Broken network module. I see some other user got remote access to my car. Attached the screen shot. This is a safety issue. 2. No service record on cabin filter change 3. Faulty promises before the payment 4. Horrible communication gap
