Terrible experience major car issues

onI bought a certified pre owned Audi that’s been in service for 3 of the 4 weeks I’ve owned it. My salesman was in a bad mood the day the picked it up, the car was not made ready, nor gassed, I had to figure all Features out alone. Forward a week. Digital gauge cluster blanked out / steering wheel broke, usb-c port was broken, window tint was scratched up (it wasn’t on the test drive) how this car was an Audi certified pre owned is beyond me. Missing a key and more. Service ordered the wrong parts so now it’s in service for another 2 weeks?? Wow. Guys. If not for Mike in finance being cool this would be a 0 star review.
