    Excellent service in the reception and mechanical shop Fast service, rental car assistance We are very happy with the service. Claudia in the service department is very efficient and very helpful

    2011 Edge. On a Wednesday I had a problem with my AC by Thursday it was at Spikes and I was getting feedback. They found the problem and hoped to have it fixed by Friday. On Friday, they were honest and said they are still working on the vehicle and it wouldn't be ready till Monday. On Monday the car was ready earlier than expected and received a shuttle ride to Spikes. While at the dealership the staff was polite and I got my car in less than 25 minutes. Thank you.

    We purchased a 2015 explorer limited. We had one before. I love this vehicle. It is a great vehicle and very reliable. The staff always makes you feel like family and we love to purchase our cars from Michael Ramirez. He was great and was willing to help us by delivering the explorer to our home. We had a wonderful experience in the finance dept. Roger Moyà made us feel right at home. Overall a great experience. Spikes Ford is about an hour away but the service is so great we do not mind the drive. Thank you Micheal, Roger and the Spikes staff for helping us get another great vehicle.

    I purchased an Explorer XLT. Even though the dealership was busy that day, my salesman and accessories manager were extremely helpful and made sure I was taken care of. I went in looking for a certain vehicle and ended up buying a different one and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The dealership had a lot of options to choose from and my salesman did a good job in showing me different options especially in my price range and helping me choose the best one for me!

    Excellent job! However, I didn't like the call to my voice mail from someone at Spikes Ford from someone telling me to rate this survey as excellent on everything. He should have told me to simply rate my experience and leave it at that. Because of this, they lost a point and I dropped the overall score from 5 to 4.

    I was not looking in to purchasing a new vehicle and really liked the way I was treated I did not feel pushed by the sales guy or intimidated good experience

    Spikes Ford and the entire staff did a great job. My F150 went in with a AC problem and was in and out in 5 hours. Thank you Alden and Rod with a job well done.

    Excellent customer service. My oil change was done in 15 minutes and also got a free car wash coupon. The service reps were awesome and friendly and even offered me coffee and doughnuts. Awesome service and I will recommend to others.

    Sent my truck in I let them know it was my only thing I had to get around so they did. Everything they could to have it. Done the same day I will send all my friends to them by the way I. Didntbuy my truck from them and they still did all that for my thanks for the great service

    We had 3 service managers during our visit. Each one gave us a different timeframe for completion of our requested service, from 1/2 hour to 3 hours. In fact, it took 3 1/2 hours. We would have appreciated them being up front from the beginning on the length of time required to do the job.

    I called and asked a few questions about getting an oil change and tire rotations and Santos did a great job assisting me. After they finished Santos and Flaco at the Quick Lane asked if I needed anything else and apologized for the wait which was not bad at all. Great service!

    I took my in my 2011 ranger for a minor repair. Ford fixed the problem in a couple days. Now my truck is running really smooth. The stuff was really great to relate the problems my truck had and if I had anyother concerns. People here are great because when I walk in the door some remember my name of course don't but that's okay cause they treat me as if they knew me. That's awesome!

    In reference to our 2008 Ford F-250 that was taken in for a loud thumping noise heard when turning, my experience was pleasant. My service advisor greeted me immediately and even sent a mechanic to ride around with me so that I could explain the noise being heard. Upon doing so, the mechanic immediately heard the sound and advised me that he more than like knew what was causing it and asked me to return to the service area. By the afternoon, I was contacted by my service advisor who already had an estimate on repairs and assured me that my vehicle would be ready by the following day since the parts were in stock. The next day, my service advisor contacted me and told me that our vehicle was ready for pick up. When the vehicle was picked up, I immediately felt the difference in the suspension. The thumping noise was gone and vibration while driving was also taken care of. Outstanding service and customer care! Thank you Spikes Ford!

At every stage of the purchase, each individual welcomed me, explained and made me understand completely my purchase as well as the inner workings of my new Ford F-150 King Ranch!     It's so nice to have a place that I can trust for all my auto service needs. I've had many bad experiences with auto service places in the past... overcharging, taking forever, lying about services required. I love you guys!
