On Friday, they were honest and said they are still working on the… vehicle and it wouldn't be ready till Monday. On Monday the car was ready earlier than expected and received a shuttle ride to Spikes. While at the dealership the staff was polite and I got my car in less than 25 minutes. The staff always makes you feel like family and we love to purchase our cars from Michael Ramirez. He was great and was… willing to help us by delivering the explorer to our home. We had a wonderful experience in the finance dept. Roger Moyà made us feel right at home. Overall a great experience. Spikes Ford is about an hour away but the service is so great we do not mind the drive. He should have told me to simply rate my experience and leave it at that.… Because of this, they lost a point and I dropped the overall score from 5 to 4.Professional

by suvalle on 06/01/2015In reference to our 2008 Ford F-250 that was taken in for a loud thumping noise heard when turning, my experience was pleasant. My service advisor greeted me immediately and even sent a mechanic to ride around with me so that I could… explain the noise being heard. Upon doing so, the mechanic immediately heard the sound and advised me that he more than like knew what was causing it and asked me to return to the service area. By the afternoon, I was contacted by my service advisor who already had an estimate on repairs and assured me that my vehicle would be ready by the following day since the parts were in stock. The next day, my service advisor contacted me and told me that our vehicle was ready for pick up. When the vehicle was picked up, I immediately felt the difference in the suspension. The thumping noise was gone and vibration while driving was also taken care of. Outstanding service and customer care! Thank you Spikes Ford!Impeccable Service
