I requested the opportunity to see the vehicle and to test drive it. I was immediately notified as to whom to get in… contact when I visited the store. The following day when I arrived at Spikes Motors I was treated with nothing but courtesy. I was informed that the vehicle was not on the lot at this time, but that as soon as it would arrive I would be contacted. I was informed that the vehicle would arrive within the next three weeks. I emailed the salesman within three weeks to see if the vehicle had arrived and they responded immediately. I was told it had not arrived but that I would be the first one they would call. A couple of days later I was called and told the vehicle had arrived for me to test drive it. The whole buying experience for me was filled with courtesy and excellent service. I was never rushed or pushed to purchase anything and all my questions were answered no matter how small they were. I love my car and I will recommend Spikes Motors to anyone who wants to buy a car.Great service

It was the service advisor Alden Rush that NEVER called me back to let me know that my vehicle needed to stay there an extra day while awaiting parts, and did NOT call me when vehicle… was ready for picking it up.Amazing!!! Within a few hours we had signed the paperwork, just needed the approval. The next day he kept… giving us updates as the day went by and that afternoon I was driving off the lot with my new 2016 Ford Escape!!!!!Great Customer Service!
