The dealer that helped us that day was fantastic. We had just gone in to look that day, but his energy and amazing personality really drew us in. Within a few hours we had signed the paperwork, just needed the approval. The next day he kept giving us updates as the day went by and that afternoon I was driving off the lot with my new 2016 Ford Escape!!!!!
