Spikes Ford

My experience with Spikes Ford started when I was online and saw that the vehicle I had been searching for was there. I requested the opportunity to see the vehicle and to test drive it. I was immediately notified as to whom to get in contact when I visited the store. The following day when I arrived at Spikes Motors I was treated with nothing but courtesy. I was informed that the vehicle was not on the lot at this time, but that as soon as it would arrive I would be contacted. I was informed that the vehicle would arrive within the next three weeks. I emailed the salesman within three weeks to see if the vehicle had arrived and they responded immediately. I was told it had not arrived but that I would be the first one they would call. A couple of days later I was called and told the vehicle had arrived for me to test drive it. The whole buying experience for me was filled with courtesy and excellent service. I was never rushed or pushed to purchase anything and all my questions were answered no matter how small they were. I love my car and I will recommend Spikes Motors to anyone who wants to buy a car.
