Terrible experience at the finance office
by Miguel D. on 03/11/2025I am absolutely furious with the terrible service I received at McKinney GMC last week. While my salesperson, Mario Fernandez, was very helpful, patient, and worked hard to secure a great deal for me, everything went downhill once I stepped… into the finance office. The issues started with the finance person, Patrick Varrassi, and just kept getting worse from there. Patrick flat-out lied to me about a protection plan he added to my purchase. He told me it included oil changes and even claimed it would pay for itself with the savings from oil changes, knowing full well that it didn’t. I tried reaching out to him and his manager for an entire week, but neither of them bothered to return my calls. When I finally called from a different number, Patrick answered, but then he had the audacity to hang up on me when I raised my concerns. It’s obvious that Patrick couldn’t care less about customers—he’s only interested in making a sale, even if it means lying to do so. The way I was treated was utterly disrespectful. Patrick blatantly avoided responsibility and dismissed all of my concerns. I am beyond disgusted with the service McKinney GMC provided, and I will never forget how poorly I was treated. Nico and Zac from finance were also awesome. Our experience with Forest was… one of the factors why we came back to the same Dealership, compared to another dealership we visited. We felt courtesy and honesty made the process a little stressful. We had 7 yo and a playroom like other dealerships would have made it easier on sales agents, but it does not affect how we experienced overall.We are thrilled to hear about your exceptional experience at our dealership! Be aware of "Reconditioning Fee" added to cost
by Austin on 09/17/2024Look over your quote from them when you get a used car from these guys as they try to keep all attention on the monthly price and keep you from seeing the reconditioning fee they add on the right side of the deal sheet. All of their cars… online are marked lower to try and get you in the door. They will then tell you this is standard practice and what did you expect with costs this low. It is not. There are several other dealers that do this but it is not the standard. I also had a verbal agreement with my sales guy on the phone and 10 minutes later he called me to let me know that the director got involved and they needed to add $500 to the deal. I still completed the deal but they don't stick to their word so get anything they say in writing. Personally I will not be doing business with them ever again and letting anyone I know looking fro a car know my experience.We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and are genuinely concerned to hear about your experience. If the GM was that concerned he should reach out to me. I have not received anything from him after leaving the same notes on your internal questionnaire. That would show me that his concern over my satisfaction is a priority. Telling me on 2 separate online reviews that I should reach out is not really caring about your clients.

I bought a car without the features I wanted. 1 day after the purchase I saw the car I bought one trim… higher just for 1k plus, with all the features I wanted and the one I was going to be 100% satisfied, and my question is why did they not show me this option? Why did they not show me other options? When I found this car I asked them if I could replace the car I would even pay the difference in cash, they did not want to help me with that. I am very frustrated and disappointed and I’ll have to stay at lest years with a car that I hated.Buyer
