The dealership experience was great. Forest was knowledgeable and professional. He answered all the questions we had and helped us figure out the right car for us. Nico and Zac from finance were also awesome. Our experience with Forest was one of the factors why we came back to the same Dealership, compared to another dealership we visited. We felt courtesy and honesty made the process a little stressful. We had 7 yo and a playroom like other dealerships would have made it easier on sales agents, but it does not affect how we experienced overall.
