Look over your quote from them when you get a used car from these guys as they try to keep all attention on the monthly price and keep you from seeing the reconditioning fee they add on the right side of the deal sheet. All of their cars online are marked lower to try and get you in the door. They will then tell you this is standard practice and what did you expect with costs this low. It is not. There are several other dealers that do this but it is not the standard. I also had a verbal agreement with my sales guy on the phone and 10 minutes later he called me to let me know that the director got involved and they needed to add $500 to the deal. I still completed the deal but they don't stick to their word so get anything they say in writing. Personally I will not be doing business with them ever again and letting anyone I know looking fro a car know my experience.
