I am absolutely furious with the terrible service I received at McKinney GMC last week. While my salesperson, Mario Fernandez, was very helpful, patient, and worked hard to secure a great deal for me, everything went downhill once I stepped into the finance office. The issues started with the finance person, Patrick Varrassi, and just kept getting worse from there. Patrick flat-out lied to me about a protection plan he added to my purchase. He told me it included oil changes and even claimed it would pay for itself with the savings from oil changes, knowing full well that it didn’t. I tried reaching out to him and his manager for an entire week, but neither of them bothered to return my calls. When I finally called from a different number, Patrick answered, but then he had the audacity to hang up on me when I raised my concerns. It’s obvious that Patrick couldn’t care less about customers—he’s only interested in making a sale, even if it means lying to do so. The way I was treated was utterly disrespectful. Patrick blatantly avoided responsibility and dismissed all of my concerns. I am beyond disgusted with the service McKinney GMC provided, and I will never forget how poorly I was treated. I would never, ever recommend McKinney GMC to anyone.
