That was the worst experience I’ve had buying a car. The salesperson doesn’t know anything about the cars, like the features and stuff. I bought a car without the features I wanted. 1 day after the purchase I saw the car I bought one trim higher just for 1k plus, with all the features I wanted and the one I was going to be 100% satisfied, and my question is why did they not show me this option? Why did they not show me other options? When I found this car I asked them if I could replace the car I would even pay the difference in cash, they did not want to help me with that. I am very frustrated and disappointed and I’ll have to stay at lest years with a car that I hated.
