    Overall very pleased with the service I received. Staff was very nice and courteous. Only draw back was it took a little bit longer then what I’m used too ( 4 days) but they did a bummer to bummer review and addressed other issues then… what I brought it in for.

    Janelle and Kevin were great and getting my car looked at and diagnosed. I was in a rental before the end of the day but didn't’ need it long. My parts were in stock and I was back in my car a lot sooner than expected. Way to go team!!

    The employees were "did their job". They didn't address my concerns. I didn't feel they went above and beyond. Idk who's call it was, but after waiting for 4 days to get my truck serviced, there were switches that don't work. Outlets not… working. My oil service life was at 59%, making me believe they didn't throughly inspect my truck. My oil drain plug is leaking, as well as my rear main seal. And my a/c compressor is probably about to go out. Last thing. The detail guys either don't have the right equipment to detail a vehicle. Or they don't care. I don't like leaving reviews like this, but maybe they will listen to the customer and put pride into the WHOLE process, to avoid reviews such as this one.

    We were promptly greeted by Ehsan a salesman when we entered and he quickly helped find what we were looking for. He is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! It as a lengthy process due to short staff but overall everyone was very kind and… helpful! We drove out with our new truck.

    Prior to my last two visits I had no complaints. This last two times they serviced my vehicle it comes back smelling disgusting. Last time it took two months to get the smell out after I had found grease stains on my door panel, visor, and… behind the seat. Same thing happened again. Don’t know if I’ll go back to this location after this.

    Right now is not the time to buy. You have to use in house financing and refinance for lower interst rates. It is a long process from down payment to getting vehicle. I lucked into the one I finally got thanks to my sales person Maria. She… was fantastic got me a better newest vehicle than I ordered.
