The employees were "did their job". They didn't address my concerns. I didn't feel they went above and beyond. Idk who's call it was, but after waiting for 4 days to get my truck serviced, there were switches that don't work. Outlets not working. My oil service life was at 59%, making me believe they didn't throughly inspect my truck. My oil drain plug is leaking, as well as my rear main seal. And my a/c compressor is probably about to go out. Last thing. The detail guys either don't have the right equipment to detail a vehicle. Or they don't care. I don't like leaving reviews like this, but maybe they will listen to the customer and put pride into the WHOLE process, to avoid reviews such as this one.
