    Took was longer than expected and they weren’t able to change my fuel filter because the cap was rounded off. Cap had to be ordered.

    Went in for a recall everyone was really nice. Austin said it could take all day to get my truck back I said that was fine with in 3 hours I got a call from Austin that my truck was ready to go. Great service!

    The Process and the Professional people at Gene Messer Chevrolet are up to date with everything concerning my 2021 Duramax and took special care of my needs. They repaired my truck and got me back on the road also took care of the recall that I wasn’t aware of when truck was at the dealership . Special Thank you to Austin Redden and Transmission Tech Frank for pin pointing my problem and fixing the problem, great work

    Service was great, very friendly staff but we were quoted $160 over the phone but they added an additional $25 as a “shop fee” when we went to pick it up. There is no explanation as to what this is.

Normally we include these in our estimates upfront, so there is no confusion. I apologize if we did not this time.     Service department makes appointments so it easier when you have to wait. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. About a thirty minute wait. Always good service!

    Very happy with this dealerships service department! They were very timely and had great customer service. Answered all my questions with a smile which is rare in this world these days. I didn’t buy my vehicle from them because I was in a hurry to buy one and they didn’t have what I wanted in stock, but If their sales department is anything like their service, I will definitely look at buying my next vehicle with them!

    This service department is very unorganized. A 2 hour fixed turned into a 8 hour job. Nobody would return my call when I would inquire about when it would be ready. Then when I did pick it up they didn't fix one of the issue cause the said they didn't have the man power to handle it that day. They were very rude and acted like I was bothering them. Will never go back to them again.

    I bought a used car in April 2022 and the customer service was top notch, I was very impressed with there honesty, because they found a issue that I over looked and told me about it and fixed it. I had a issue after the sale and they are making it right. Honesty and customer service like that is hard to find in this day and age. The upfront honesty is impressive, and willingness to help and resolve issues was top notch, I will be in the market for another vehicle soon, and they will be seeing me once again.

    I had to take my Tahoe in for the recall on the passenger airbag and it was great. Sunday afternoon I got online set up a appointment for Monday at 745 am and took it up there was checked in to get it fixed in a matter of minutes and in less time than they said I was getting a call to pick it up already. Went to pick it up and it was as easy as leaving it this morning. Super courteous people no hassles and would recommend them to anyone needed this kind of work done.
