Took way longer than I was told to expect.

onTook was longer than expected and they weren’t able to change my fuel filter because the cap was rounded off. Cap had to be ordered.

Thank you for your feedback. At times, and depending on the circumstances and condition of each vehicle, it can take longer than expected to provide services. It appears that whoever serviced your vehicle prior to us caused the issue you mentioned. We apologize that we were not able to correct their mistake for you.
