onService was great, very friendly staff but we were quoted $160 over the phone but they added an additional $25 as a “shop fee” when we went to pick it up. There is no explanation as to what this is.

Hi Levi, thank you for your feedback and we’re glad to hear that your service was great. The shop fee charge is to account for supplies, chemicals, tools, etc. used during your visit. Normally we include these in our estimates upfront, so there is no confusion. I apologize if we did not this time. We’ll correct this with our team to ensure there’s no confusion next time you come to see us.
