Transmission valve repair

I got lost in the shuffle
by Ed on 06/03/2022Apparently, I got lost in the shuffle.. I don’t believe they remembered I was waiting. Only about 3 customers checked out while I was waiting. I waited an hour and a half and then they parked my vehicle in the parking lot instead of the… ready area inside. They brought the vehicle into the ready area when I called their attention to it. I only had an oil change done. The manager apologized for the wait and said next time shouldn’t take so long.Ed, Thank you for the feedback. We apologize that the wait time exceeded your expectations. Generally, an oil change will average approximately 60 minutes, so we could have moved a little faster for you. Ask too much for their cars; not enough value for trades; honest about it.

NADA and Kelly Blue Book valued my car as a rough trade in for 13000, but they tried to offer me 9000 for it. Also, I went in with a price from… TrueCar.com. They finally came down to that price and went up only 1000 on the trade in. I ended up paying 2000more than I should have for my new car, but all in all, I am happy with the car I have, and I love it now that I am in it.Thank you for your business. Oil and filter change

Didn’t charge for the labor but still unacceptable.Thank you for your feedback about the time taken to service your vehicle because that should not have happened. He also helped fix my invoice with his boss when the price wasn't what was quoted. I have been working with… GM to get the problem with my car handled and Gene Messer has guaranteed me satisfaction with the fix.
