I got lost in the shuffle

onApparently, I got lost in the shuffle.. I don’t believe they remembered I was waiting. Only about 3 customers checked out while I was waiting. I waited an hour and a half and then they parked my vehicle in the parking lot instead of the ready area inside. They brought the vehicle into the ready area when I called their attention to it. I only had an oil change done. The manager apologized for the wait and said next time shouldn’t take so long.

Thank you for the feedback. We apologize that the wait time exceeded your expectations. Generally, an oil change will average approximately 60 minutes, so we could have moved a little faster for you.
