Austin in the service department was very good at communicating with me as there was quite a wait to get my vehicle in for service. He also helped fix my invoice with his boss when the price wasn't what was quoted. I have been working with GM to get the problem with my car handled and Gene Messer has guaranteed me satisfaction with the fix. That was huge for me as I have spent 2 years and ALOT of money trying to fix this car!
