I was able to make a service appointment the same day I contacted them, then I showed up 30 minutes early and they took my vehicle right in, serviced it, washed it and… was ready to go in a very short time. Their waiting room is exceptional with cleanliness, wi-fi, able to do some work from there. The staff are also great.Hi, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! I outlined what I was looking for, he listened patiently with no… interruptions and when I was done; he gave me all the information I needed and required, what I appreciated most was he then gave me the space and time to make my decision without any pressure and unsolicited comments or information. Before I knew it the transaction had been completed all documents signed, and was driving out. This was the shortest time I have spent in any dealership in my car buying history. I adore my car and have taken good care of it throughout the years. I am happy with the decision I made… years ago to get a quality Acura that lasts. I haven't always gotten good customer service and I've felt that the service guys discounted me because of the age of my car, however, Ian treated my car with the respect it deserves, as it has served me well over the years and has been a functioning, moving testament to the quality of car you build.John Paul Black

by PAMELAGREG on 07/04/2018I was surprise to learn that my MDX did not include sensors that prevents collisions with objects in my garage neither 360 degree cameras. My salesman failed to inform me that Acura offered 3 different packages. Being that I was overwhemled… by all the additional features that I was not on my 2015 Nissan Murano, ai was quite surprise that the MDX Technology Package lack the camera, and sensors that my Nissan was equipped with. My salesman refuse to exchange the vehicle after discovering that the cameras, and collission with objects avoidance was not included in the model I purchase. For a $50,000 vehicle you would think Acura would have made it a standard package. Every luxury car has sensors. I would never shop at this AutoNation again. They refuse to please me as a customer knowing that their sales person failed to properly interview me as to what features i would like. My Nissan was appraised, but the sales person failed to show me a vehicle that match the features in my Nissan. I strongly believe this is a standard practice at this location in Clearlake. Not concerned wth customer problems. Just Want Your Money
by mike783 on 02/21/2018Purchased an Acura TL with extended warranty a few years ago. Everytime to go back with a problem, they argue that it is not covered. Then they try to upsell me to buy a new car. They are not interested in solving customer problems; it all… about them making more money off your back. Bud Peung was service writer and when I complained about the blue tooth covered under warranty, he just made excuses and said his car was loud also. It wasn't loud with background noise when I bought ir!!! and they won't fix it!!!! Went to the Manager, Traci Hendsricks and talk about how good the warranty was.. but didn't care about my problems and even try to come up with a amicable solution. Complete waste of my time.Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We care about all our customers and wish to restore your good faith in our dealership. Sticker on the car stated 60 day warranty but sold as is and only offered if I wanted to pay for it. Service after the sale has been less than desirable. Contacted salesman on three… different occasions over a 3 week period since the purchase and not a response. Question might be trivial to them but I would have still like an answer. Makes me feel like they are hiding something about the car.2015 Acura RDX

He wouldn't give me exact quote and told me to come to dealership and he will make sure that the deal is made or he will give tank of gas free.… I went to the dealer ship and he while negotiating he got mad, I was just negotiating with him and all of sudden he told me and my family to get out of the dealership. This guy had no people skills what so ever. I am surprised he is working as sales person where he cannot handle negotiations. POOR customer service.
