Ian is GREAT

Ian gave me constant updates on my car and treated me with the respect of having a brand new car, when my car is really 12 years old. I adore my car and have taken good care of it throughout the years. I am happy with the decision I made years ago to get a quality Acura that lasts. I haven't always gotten good customer service and I've felt that the service guys discounted me because of the age of my car, however, Ian treated my car with the respect it deserves, as it has served me well over the years and has been a functioning, moving testament to the quality of car you build.
