    Too long to mention. Sales manager was rude. General manager won’t return an email. Worse experience ever. Stay away from this one.

    This was honestly my best experience except buying my car years ago. Roel I hope I spelled his name correctly because every thing I asked him he had the service guys check. I felt like I left with my car safe and fixed.

    Not a good experience this time. All of the service people I usually have are always very thorough and professional however Diego was not. Plus he failed to do one of the main repairs I requested, when I brought it to his attention he admitted that he forgot then said it was too late because the service are was already closed. Price paid was fair because I had a coupon, but quotes for other repairs I was told I needed were extreme.

    I have always had and have a great experience going to Sterling McCall Honda to getting my service done on my 2018 Honda Accord. While walking in the door, I was greeted right away by Ms. Keisha Clark. She answer all my questions and concerns to getting my Honda Accord serviced and completed in a timely manner. I will continue bringing my vehicle to Sterling McCall Honda. Great work and a very relaxing waiting area. Also the young lady at the cashier took care of my in a timely manner. Great work guys.

    I give Sterling McCall Honda 5 stars because of how they do their services. Jacob was my service tech and he was awesome. He didn't just tell me what was wrong with my vehicle but Honda does a video underneath the vehicle showing all parts that damaged so you're not just taking the techs word but you actually see the parts that need repaired, that was awesome! It shows Honda take pride in service and you can trust them. Jacob was there to walk me through the whole process.
