I visited/worked with 5 dealerships in Houston and surrounding areas, before making a decision. Autonation has internet/no-haggle pricing, that their competion… stuggles to match. I had an overall good experience in making the purchase. They also have an aftermarket Sales Department, which is competitively priced for customizations. I received quotes from several dealers and Autonation was the best by far. They also offered quite a bit more for my… trades. My salesperson, Diemos (sp?), was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.NO HASSLE DEALERSHIP!!

Our first purchase was a used car for my parents and I contacted Auto Nation and within an hour Imad had a car for us. We went down looked at it and purchased. Our… second purchase was a Ford F150. After shopping around I was so disgusted that I decided to contact Imad. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately went to work and sent me trucks to look at. I went down picked out a truck and told him what I wanted to spend. Not once did he try to show me something different. He worked with my price and I purchased a truck. by jodieliz on 06/16/2012updated 07/29/2025Yesterday I visited Champion Ford, hoping to trade in my beloved Thunderbird for a more practical Ford Focus. I had an appointment with a sales representative, but was told he wasn't in; his friend was supposed to take care of me. The… "friend" wasn't available, either, so I was handed over to a rookie. What is wrong with using the phone to re-schedule an appointment? Is common courtesy a thing of the past? I went through the sales process with Javier, and had to ask several times for the trade-in amount before getting an answer, which was very irritating. After telling Javier what I was looking for in an Escape, he had me test drive two Escapes; a 2012 and 2013. I liked the 2013 but was told it was not for sale, as it was there to show customers what the 2013 model would look like. The 2012 Escape was nothing like I wanted (i.e. four cylinder verses 6 cylinder that I wanted, not loaded). The next thing I knew we were back in the showroom and Javier was pushing paperwork at me, offering me a mere pittance for my car and trying to sell me the 2013 Escape (which I didn't think was for sale). The salespeople did not listen to me and I feel that they did not take me seriously. There is NO WAY I will EVER attempt to buy a vehicle from these people!F-150 AC knob

The dealership even forgot that they had my truck when I dropped it off to have it repaired.Thank you for the feedback you provided. Great buying experience

We went to several ford dealerships but our experience at auto nation was as good as it gets when buying a car. There was zero BS; they gave us several options… upfront about financing, their best price upfront very competitive with our dealership or better, and no haggling over small details. At the end of the day, no other dealer could beat Auto nation's price and they were the best to deal with. Our sales person Mr. B. was great and did a wonderful job throughout the process. Great place to buy a truck! I won't even waste my time at another dealer in the future...Ill just go straight back to these guys.Pleasing Buying Experience

Dumping Chevy for Ford!

My salesperson James Purdy knew the product and explained all the features that make the Expedition… EL the most advanced large SUV on the market. Driver comfort, cargo space, audio system,air conditioning,retractable running boards, and power fold flat 3rd row seats convinced this long time Suburban fan to make the switch. James and the whole crew at Champion were very professional and made it a great experience. To all Suburban owners, all those little and big annoying negatives you wish GM would correct but they never do(such as having to remove and replace 3rd row seats) have been addressed by Ford on this vehicle and it's a quieter and more comfortable ride to boot.Champion Ford Katy Outstanding!

David S., the internet sales director, met me, arranged a test drive, gave me… a very low price, and then worked to help get the most possible for my trade in. The rest of the process, from financing to after-market and warranties was smooth and they gave me the information i needed to make an informed decision without pressuring me at all. Had been a Chevy guy for a long time, but based on ad and reviews decided to check out the Ford F-150 premium trucks. Glad I did. Ended up… stopping at Ford AutoNation in August, 2013, a few months prior to moving back permanently. A sales lady by the name of Delores R. approached me and offered to show me some trucks in the style and level I was interested in. She was very knowledgeable, and dealt in facts and most importantly did not apply any pressure - even though I let her know I wasn't in a position to purchase a vehicle that day. I spend a few hours there and left with the information I was seeking. I took her card and told her I'd contact her in November when I returned for good. In November I contacted her - I thing she was a bit surprised. Since I had done my research in August, we spent maybe 30 minutes finding the color and style I was interested in, and the decision was made to purchase a 2013 F-150 King Ranch. Sweet truck, glad I went back. We negotiated to a suitable price, and did the paperwork. As promised they had the truck ready for pick-up in a few days - as I also ordered a Lo-Jack and folding bed cover. All was good, I will go back. Actually that's the second vehicle purchased there - the first being a 2005 Anniversary Edition T-bird.We're so happy that you had a positive experience with our team. I went on a Saturday afternoon, I told… Derrick that I was in a rush and I was out of there in an hour and half with the paperwork signed and trade in appraised! Fast service for people who do not like to spend hours waiting for the approval process. They have what seems like a million trucks so if you are in the market for one, they will definitely have what you want. I am really happy with my F150 FX2 and I will be bringing it back to them soon so they can install some aftermarket upgrades. I always liked the King Ranch interior but wasn't crazy about the two tone paint. My truck is Tuxedo black monochrome paint with the chrome package and off… road package. Janie G. was the Internet manager who put the deal together. She was great. I added a spray in bed liner and Retrax roll up bed cover from after market and Eugene B. was extremely helpful. I traded a 2012 Mustang GT convertible and got a fair trade. Chad in finance was very helpful and I got a good rate and solid extended warranty for a good price. This was my first car purchase online without seeing the vehicle in person, but it was seamless. Photos of the truck and e- mails back and forth plus numerous phone calls with Janie and Eugene gave me confidence in the process. It was worth the drive from San Antonio and I would do business with Autonation Ford Katy again. I love my truck!
