    This is the 2nd car we have bought from Champion Ford in Katy. Both times it has been quick and painless after dealing with other local dealers. From now on Champion will be our first stop. They were willing to negotiate over the phone or email and when we did reach a deal it was everything that they said it would be. This was after sitting for 4 hours at another dealership while they played the back and forth game. I am very glad we walked out on them and contacted Champion. Our salesman Imad was also great and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend.

    Sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They responded to my email request for info quickly and were able to help me find the car I was looking for. Provided a detailed explanation for CPO program and was very willing to work with me on an acceptable deal.

    F150 is a great truck, smooth ride, plush comfortable interior features and a real work horse. My last 4x4 was a Nissan Xterra in 2006. Real happy to be back with Ford. David S. at Auto Nation Ford in Katy goes the extra mile to take care of the customer. Service department jumped right on my add-on's and had me on the road again fast. The construction is a pain but almost finished. Once their construction is complete I am sure lot will be much easier to maneuver.

    I was extremely pleased with my new car purchase with AutoNation Ford in Katy. Danny G. was great to work with and never pushy for a minute. It was my first car purchase on my own and the staff could not have been more accommodating. I never had to haggle over price and I walked out feeling very good about my purchase and experience. Highly recommended and please ask for Danny G!

    Went in to buy a truck after contacting internet department. quick response. test drive set up. Quickly processed trade in, financial information, and gave me price/payment we could live with. Processed the paperwork quickly and delivered the vehicle to my home where we signed paperwork. Salesperson and followup was very courteous and informative

    9 Years was long enough with my EB Explorer. When I arrived at AutoNation Ford Katy it was a bit confusing with all the construction going on, but that confusion ended when I met James M. I was expecting a hard driving sales, pitching me what he wanted to sell. Instead I told him what I wanted, he listened, and actually heard what I said. So that started my new experience with how a customer should be treated at a dealership. We found what I wanted, he answered my questions on gas mileage, towing, and handling. James is a super guy, and a real asset to the dealership. He certainly has a fan in me.

    As we all know, buying a vehicle can be an unpleasant experience. Although, the folks at Champion Ford Katy made the experience smooth and comfortable. I do recommend them for anyone looking to buy.

    We have bought 4 vehicles over the years. recently a 2012 fusion and 2013 f-150 xlt. Can not praise enought Edward J., Ryan D. and Craig in finance. They were fantastic!!! go see these guys they are great

    i decided it was time to trade in my 2010 f150 which i had purchached at autonation ford katy several years bad. i got way more than i expected for the trade it, tons of rebates and a return customer discount. my sales man Ryan D. was terrific. no pressure but able to awnser all the questions. im loving my new 2013 f150. it has all i wanted and more. i have gotten tons of compliments.

    Recently bought a 2012 Mustang for my son and had a good experience. My salesman, Imad, was helpful and straightforward. I appreciated this approach and never felt pressured. The "after sale" experience with the finance guy was similar. He explained the extended warranty options without making me feel pressured to buy. I was pleased with my experience at AutoNation Ford Katy.

    Was very pleased with the way our salesperson, Greg M., assisted us in the selection and purchase of our new Expedition. There was no pressure and he looked at every Expedition they had on the lot to find the one that fit our needs.

    Easy to deal with the sales dept. Ryan did a good job of not being a pushy salesman, and was easy to deal with. Good pricing with a fairly simple process to close the deal. Negative experience overall because of issues with the service dept.

    I found the Mustang GT I liked from AutoNation on their web page. I received a quote from JD by email a short time after my inquiry. We went in that same evening, drove the car, did the deal and went home with the car. JD stayed late making sure everything was OK on the car and teaching me the ins and outs of the electronics.

    I dealt with Enis M. I began my buying experience over the phone. I found the vehicle that fit most of my criteria and put a deposit down on it and Enis held it for me for 5 days. When I came in to the dealership I realized they had another vehicle that met all of my criteria. Enis did not hesitate and pulled that vehicle around for me. We drove the vehicle and bought it. Enis was helpful througout the entire process even engaging and having fun with my kids. I'm looking forward to the experience after the sale.

    I found my truck on Edmunds.com got the price and made an appointment to view the truck. My salesman was Micheal C., when I arrived the truck was ready to test drive and the experience was great. I had the price I wanted and was out of the dealership in 1:45 min with my new truck.That's the way it is supposed to work.

    On Dec 31, 2013, I went to AutoNation Katy to buy a Mustang V6 Coupe with Bluetooth which they had quoted me on the internet. This car was for my daughter who was there with me. When we got there, I showed Chuck the salesman my letter from my credit union saying I had an financing. We negotiated awhile but remained $500 apart. Finally, we agreed on the price without the $500 with both me and Chuck's manager signing a form that agreed on the price. Chuck went back to his sales manager again with the signed form and the came back and said that part of the rebate, $500, was contingent on financing through Ford credit. I said no, that I had showed them the credit union letter and I intended to finance through the CU. Chuck went back to the sales manager who then came out to talk. He said he couldn't do the deal without financing through Ford. I said my interest rate was 1.9% what was Ford's. He told me straight out that it would not be beneficial to me, that if I got the $500 rebate, the interest rate would be higher costing me more than $500 in interest. I asked the sales manager why did they quote with Ford financing to begin with when I showed them the letter when I came in. He said this was the first he heard that I already had financing. That is their game to not negotiate with the deal maker, reach a deal, then have the deal maker step in with a reason they can’t hold to that price and then want to negotiate higher. This shows the shadiness of this dealership, quoting an alternate you don't want hoping you don't catch the cost in order to get a sale without being straight forward. Don't go to AutoNation Ford.     I saw my Ford Explorer online and I called up the dealership. Amine, the sales rep gave me a good time. He was willing to answer all my questions and help me in any way. He even got the car delivered to my residence at no extra cost as I was unable to pick it up! My wife loves the car and the drive is wonderful. AutoNation is it!
  • Continued Poor Service at Champion Ford Katy

    I have had my Ford Expedition for 3 year and have had the worst service ever on a new vehicle from Champion Ford. The poor service, poor attitudes of the service reps is an ongoing problem. Yesterday, 8-11-2011, I had an appointment for an oil change. I was told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I waited over 3 hours. When my car was ready I was told my car was in the parking lot ready. I was also told I had a nail im my tire's sidewall that could not be fixed and I needed a new tire. The service rep NEVER EVEN GAVE ME A PRICE or consulted me to see if I wanted to do anything but instead sent me away on a tire with a nail. What if I was in an accident on my way home. LAW SUIT! This is not the first time I have had problems. Champion's Service Department is the worst. THREE HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE? Why not have, what most dealerships have, a "Quick Serivce Oil Change". Get the customer in and out quickly for simple maintenance. Long waits, poor attitudes, and poor service. Do you think I would buy from Champion again? NOT!!!
