    I visited Momentum BMW in hopes of walking out with my first luxury vehicle. I was greeted kindly and promptly upon entering, and was introduced to a salesman who would help me find exactly what I was looking for. Donald worked with me and he listened carefully to my needs/wants and found the best car for me. He was patient and honest with me. He did not try to talk me into something I didn't want. One of the sales managers, Cliff, was extremely supportive, understanding, and helpful as well. Finally, with the help of Lauderdale in finances, I was able to walk away with exactly what I wanted--no regrets or questions remain. Once my brand new car was ready to deive off the lot, I was introduced to a "BMW genius", Selvin, who was so helpful by showing me how to work all the features in my new car. He even connected my phone to my car and he offered to come back for a carwash sometime. By the way, this facility has a mini cafe waiting area where they serve both hot and cold drinks, as well as some snacks. It was nice and refreshing after looking at cars outside in the Houston summer heat! I definitely recommend visiting Momentum BMW for your ultime driving machine needs.

    I purchased my first BMW through Momentum BMW. My client advisor was Ken Terry and I would highly recommend him. He made my first time BMW purchase smooth and easy. I give Ken 5 stars for excellence.

    I took my BMW X5 in for service and my representative Ryan Zugell had already arrived prior to 7:00 am to work. He knew me and my cars needs. He was informed. He told me what was going to happen, what was going to be done to my car and kept it simple and understanding. His respect and charming personality is a delight to experience so early in the morning. He is an exceptional man and the dealership has an exceptional employee and representative of BMW as a whole. Thank you, Estella C. Strawn
  • Issues not solved or even addressed

    Took my 535I in for its initial service. Had three other issues since I got the car. 1) Steering wheel was not centered ( a pet peeve of mine) 2) Wood panel covering a/c vents in center console was not installed properly leaving opening at top where I could see into the guts of the dash 3) The soft shut doors had wind noise and would rattle on bumps. The center console issue appears to be resolved. There is still wind noise and the issue of the steering wheel was not even addressed after I handed them a typed list of my issues. Takes me and hour and 1/2 to get to the dealership. Guess I will just live with it until I go back to Mercedes. Had 3 E class and a convertible and never had any issues. Had a Mercedes rag-top that was as quiet as this car. Really disappointed.

    Our car had transmission problem an hour away from Houston, so we took it to momentum bmw on friday. We were going to visit family for the 4th of July weekend. Rick, our service advisor, told us that they will be closed for the weekend and monday due to the holiday and that our car will not be looked at until probably Thursday. We had to be back home by Tuesday. Long story short, Rick went above and beyond to get our car ready by Tuesday morning and we made it back on time. We were pleased with excellent service and the whatever it takes attitude Rick gave us. Awesome job!

    Had no idea what to expect after my car was hit in an accident. I was pleased to discover that Momentum BMW was listed on their insurance as a repair specialist. I expected to go to a Dodge dealership to repair my BMW. So glad that wasn't the case. From Day One I knew I was in good hands because of my advisor, Chase. He was awesome! Very professional and personable; kept me informed every step of the way on the progress of my repairs. The date he projected my car to be ready was the very same day I was there picking it up. The in-house rental car team was also amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience under the circumstances. Kudos to Momentum BMW Collision Team on Southwest Fwy!

    I would like to say that I had visited another BMW dealership in the Houston area before coming to Momentum, and Phillip changed my entire experience. He was very professional and knowledge. Thanks to him, I would love to purchase another BMW.

    Momentum BMW has been a designated service center for my 2 BMWs since 2001 and will continue to be the only one. I have worked with several service advisors but James Crowe remains as my goto guy the last few years. Like his spirit and work attitude. The only thing I would want the shuttle service schedule could extend the hours a little bit longer for Pearland residents, the last pick up time 2:30 pm would not be too convenient as sometimes the repair gets finished and customers get notified always come after 4pm. I also miss all my shuttle rides, all shuttle drivers are very nice and friendly.

    Never a bad experience at this dealership. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Most importantly they will work really hard to get you the best price. My Sales Advisor Tom Herald made the entire process painless. I appreciate all their help and making me feel welcome. I will be going back for service when needed since this department is top notch as well. Never anything bad to say about this location and the wonderful employees that work there.

    My wife and i have purchased 7 vehicles from the sonic motor family (momentum). We feel at home when we are at the dealership its so comfortable and nice and always very clean,we love our sales rep Capressa and our service guy Shef is a one of a kind and they both represent Bmw very well, The managers Bryan and Cliff do a great job of talking care of us as well,we are looking forward to making our 8th purchase this year.

    It's a great place to buy a certified BMW, the sales helps you to find the exactly what you needed and within your budget. Amazingly no sales pressure. they were very confident about the price. Offered us to bring the final price home and do the research before buy with them and I did. the price was lower.

    Had a great experience with Momentum. This is the first BMW I have purchased and already loving it! The process was speedy and efficient - took an hour and a half and I was driving home in my new car. I would definitely recommend Momentum to anyone in the market for a BMW.

    The team at Momentum BMW in Houston is fantastic. Everyone is clearly working together with the customer in mind. Service is estimated and delivered, validation that work is performed, questions as to "is there anything else you feel you need" instead of an up-sell. Jason Merchant, Service Mgr, runs a tight team and is on top of it all.

    I am so happy that I bought my BMW X3 from Momentum BMW. Coming back to the dealership for services and/or repairs is perfectly fine with me. The chairs are comfortable and allows me some quiet time. And in a couple of hours the work is done! My car is happy and so am I! Thanks. Lisa
