I took my BMW X5 in for service and my representative Ryan Zugell had already arrived prior to 7:00 am to work. He knew me and my cars needs. He was informed. He told me what was going to happen, what was going to be done to my car and kept it simple and understanding. His respect and charming personality is a delight to experience so early in the morning.
