onOur car had transmission problem an hour away from Houston, so we took it to momentum bmw on friday. We were going to visit family for the 4th of July weekend. Rick, our service advisor, told us that they will be closed for the weekend and monday due to the holiday and that our car will not be looked at until probably Thursday. We had to be back home by Tuesday. Long story short, Rick went above and beyond to get our car ready by Tuesday morning and we made it back on time. We were pleased with excellent service and the whatever it takes attitude Rick gave us. Awesome job!
