    Customer Service is good. Car Service is ok. Have had a couple of problems. Sales people are generally pretty nice.

    Very efficient. The total time at dealership was 2hrs. Fastest service I have ever experienced. Our sales rep (Joel Johnson) didn’t waste our time. He also made some popcorn for our young children while we waited.

    Charles met us and took care of us getting started at looking at cars while a salesperson was freed up. Andrea then helped us through the rest of the way. He did everything so effortlessly and efficient. Kortney was literally a machine with personality. I've never dealt with a finance manager so well organized and able to keep a conversation going.     The saleswoman was very helpful and worked with us to get the right price. We bought from out of town so we only had pictures to base opinions on, but our saleswoman, Onyi, was very good in describing all the features on the vehicle. She was also very prompt with emailing us back. We had a great experience, everyone was very nice and easy to communicate with.
