Charles met us and took care of us getting started at looking at cars while a salesperson was freed up. Andrea then helped us through the rest of the way. He did everything so effortlessly and efficient. Kortney was literally a machine with personality. I've never dealt with a finance manager so well organized and able to keep a conversation going. A+ team
