The Jeff Haas Service Dept is top notch!

I was experiencing trouble with my Mazda Infotainment System. Service Advisor James Thompson provide me exceptional customer service by going above and beyond and created a positive experience for me. He greeted me with a hearty handshake and provided great communication with updates about the status/progress of my repairs.
