    Thanks honestly don’t had any dislikes , my purchase with Michelle Guerrero was extremely on point on my new Yukon. Michelle was very fast, patience, and most of all did every effort for things to go as smoothly as possible, she gets her customer on the level they feel confortable.. Am very happy with my 2022 Yucon .. Michelle is a very hard worker and intelligent individual.. Up grade her ASAP for a much better dealership .. Thanks Michelle

    This dealership is extraordinarily accommodating to their customers. All of the service is excellent. They really go the extra mile to assist their customers with all their needs. My GMC Sierra 3500 just stopped running. It had to be towed to the dealership. Marcus, my service representative called his contact at Hertz Rental Car and secured a rental at an exceptionally low daily rate. The dealer also paid for a Uber ride to pick up the car rental. The problem with my Sierra was a fuel lift pump and associated modules. With the supply chain back-up, they weren't sure when the parts would become available. This dealer put in a special request to GM. The parts all arrived far faster than anticipated. My truck was serviced the day after the parts arrived. While my truck was in their shop, they also addressed an engine heater recall. I requested that they inspect and ensure that the ReGen was functioning properly, which they did. Although I have generally had good experiences with all of the GM dealers and service centers I've visited, Sterling McCall Buick GMC is obviously very customer centric. These folks demonstrate a real and genuine caring for the people they service, not just the equipment.

    This is my second visit for service at Sterling & McCall Buick. They provided excellent service on both visits. I was assisted right away at my scheduled time & service was completed at the estimated time my service advisor gave me. They have a nice wait area with coffee & other drinks and wifi, so I was able to relax & study while I was waiting. They notified me by text additional recommendations which you could approve to be completed or decline. I really like that aspect because there’s nothing worst than service advisors trying to pressure you to have additional work done. Oh yeah & the free car wash is a plus!

    Basil Khan was my Service Advisor. He was all smiles as he approached my vehicle and greeted my Wife and I with a “good morning, what can I help you with?” We let him know the services needed and he took the key and we proceeded to the waiting area. During the the process, Basil remained in communication with us and consistently let us know how much longer it was going to be. He asked if I would need the vehicle washed and took care of things from there. He emailed me the recommended services and went a set further, bringing me the print out just to make sure I was aware. Basil’s Customer Service was exceptional and I appreciate him taking the time to display such a pleasant and professional demeanor. I will continue to conduct business here, because of Representatives like him. I have been conducting business with this dealership since 2011 and my Service Advisors were C.W. and Lauren, which have both departed the Dealership. The Service Advisor that needs some “personality coaching” is Marcus. While waiting for Basil this morning, Marcus came walking pass our vehicle and my Wife spoke to him by saying, “good morning.” He just looked her dead in the face and ignored her. I have dealt with him once before by regrettable choosing him as my Service Advisor when I found that C.W. was no longer available. He was not personable, nor did he reflect any type to Customer Service skills. I completed a review about him, directly after the service on my vehicle was completed and apparently nothing has been addressed. Basil, the mechanics and the gentleman that greets you upon arrival were great and I thank you for your time and dedication in creating a relaxing Customer experience. We were there for 3 hours this morning and it flew by because of the proficiency displayed by Basil and the mechanics.

  • Dealing with my vehicle

    I was deeply dissatisfied because I thought having a GMC would make my experience smooth and easy taking my vehicle to GMC but it was totally the opposite and ended up wasting 264.00 out of pocket for them to simply email my insurance company the information they needed I choose to go somewhere else to quick a prompt service because I need my vehicle for work purposes.

    I got there and got attended quickly. They checked my car and after about an hour they knew exactly what was going on. They changed the oíl, replaced my part and even washed my car and it was for a reasonable price. Clean location with professional al looking staff. Will be returning

  • Had to redo the work when I got home.

    Just had an oil change and cabin air filter replaced. Of course, I get home and I notice my entire dashboard vibrating and a loud vibrating rattle coming from my glovebox. Quick google search told me the technicians requested drop leaves, sticks and acorns into the blower motor when replacing the cabin air filter. I take out the blower and sure enough, acorns and leaves. Now, I’m sure the dealer would have been more than eager to have me bring it back, sit in the lobby for another 2hrs, and they would fix the issue, no question. I shouldn’t have to come back. It’s such a common issue (honestly very easy to drop debris as I have seen for myself now), why don’t they have a process in place to check this out before completing the work? That’s all I’m asking. Not to inconvenience me on my next day off to come back again. I still like you guys but this didn’t meet my expectations.
