Dealership Service Review
Basil Khan was my Service Advisor. He was all smiles as he approached my vehicle and greeted my Wife and I with a “good morning, what can I help you with?” We let him know the services needed and he took the key and we proceeded to the waiting area. During the the process, Basil remained in communication with us and consistently let us know how much longer it was going to be. He asked if I would need the vehicle washed and took care of things from there. He emailed me the recommended services and went a set further, bringing me the print out just to make sure I was aware. Basil’s Customer Service was exceptional and I appreciate him taking the time to display such a pleasant and professional demeanor. I will continue to conduct business here, because of Representatives like him. I have been conducting business with this dealership since 2011 and my Service Advisors were C.W. and Lauren, which have both departed the Dealership. The Service Advisor that needs some “personality coaching” is Marcus. While waiting for Basil this morning, Marcus came walking pass our vehicle and my Wife spoke to him by saying, “good morning.” He just looked her dead in the face and ignored her. I have dealt with him once before by regrettable choosing him as my Service Advisor when I found that C.W. was no longer available. He was not personable, nor did he reflect any type to Customer Service skills. I completed a review about him, directly after the service on my vehicle was completed and apparently nothing has been addressed. Basil, the mechanics and the gentleman that greets you upon arrival were great and I thank you for your time and dedication in creating a relaxing Customer experience. We were there for 3 hours this morning and it flew by because of the proficiency displayed by Basil and the mechanics.
