This dealership is extraordinarily accommodating to their customers. All of the service is excellent. They really go the extra mile to assist their customers with all their needs. My GMC Sierra 3500 just stopped running. It had to be towed to the dealership. Marcus, my service representative called his contact at Hertz Rental Car and secured a rental at an exceptionally low daily rate. The dealer also paid for a Uber ride to pick up the car rental. The problem with my Sierra was a fuel lift pump and associated modules. With the supply chain back-up, they weren't sure when the parts would become available. This dealer put in a special request to GM. The parts all arrived far faster than anticipated. My truck was serviced the day after the parts arrived. While my truck was in their shop, they also addressed an engine heater recall. I requested that they inspect and ensure that the ReGen was functioning properly, which they did. Although I have generally had good experiences with all of the GM dealers and service centers I've visited, Sterling McCall Buick GMC is obviously very customer centric. These folks demonstrate a real and genuine caring for the people they service, not just the equipment.
