Dealership Service Review
Just had an oil change and cabin air filter replaced. Of course, I get home and I notice my entire dashboard vibrating and a loud vibrating rattle coming from my glovebox. Quick google search told me the technicians requested drop leaves, sticks and acorns into the blower motor when replacing the cabin air filter. I take out the blower and sure enough, acorns and leaves. Now, I’m sure the dealer would have been more than eager to have me bring it back, sit in the lobby for another 2hrs, and they would fix the issue, no question. I shouldn’t have to come back. It’s such a common issue (honestly very easy to drop debris as I have seen for myself now), why don’t they have a process in place to check this out before completing the work? That’s all I’m asking. Not to inconvenience me on my next day off to come back again. I still like you guys but this didn’t meet my expectations.
